I thought the process was smooth
I thought the process was smooth, took a bit longer than I thought but that would be more to this time of year. Product is great, have used it for almost a week and I love it. Cannot wait to get on it for longer when I adjust to using it! Thanks for all the extra goodies can’t wait to use them too!

The ordering and shipping process was smooth. The product is good but not great. Quite limiting but then again 15 minutes tops and you have worked up a sweat. Joints feel good too

Amazing customer service! Lisa is very efficient, helpful, and lovely.
I ordered the waist sculptor after seeing an advert on Facebook. I’m usually a little sceptical of ordering products from adverts on Facebook, so I did some research and looked at the reviews. I went ahead and ordered the waist sculptor to give it a try after reading some good reviews.
Unfortunately the product arrived broken and didn’t work how it should. I contacted the customer service email and received a prompt reply from Lisa who was very helpful and provided a solution after I sent a video of the broken product. Although delivery took a while, the excellent customer service made up for this.
I’m unable to comment or review on the effectiveness of the waist sculptor as yet, as my replacement only arrived yesterday. I will come back and leave another review after I have used it for a few weeks. Thanks for the great experience, it’s refreshing to receive such good customer service, and I look forward to start using my new waist sculptor.
