Lordship Windows recommended
Have called out Lordship Windows a couple of times now to attend to problems with UPVC windows. Both occasions the fitter (Alvaro) was punctual, efficient and very thorough. What a gent he is!. Very price competitive company and a pleasure to deal with. Call them first before you call anyone else.

Great job in Glazing property in 2022
We had most of the glazing replaced in our house in 2022. Lots of sash windows and other glazing over 3 floors. We had used Lordship windows before for just a door in our previous property. Excellent. Great value and wonderful job. I would use them again.

Faulty windows and crooked service
The business refused to deal with the fault that developed in a window pane installed by them even though this was promised under the terms of the warranty.
I have asked their competitor to deal with the fault and then took Lordship Windows to a county court to recover the cost of the work covered by their warranty.
The county court has now granted a default judgment against LW which they are refusing to perform. My next step is to instruct bailiffs and recover the judgment amount and costs of enforcement.
Beware of the crooked people running this company.
UPDATE as of 17 April 2025:
A) the county court has reviewed the case and disagreed with the LW's assertion regarding the absence of documents to support my warranty and lack of service claim. Consequently, the court issued a full value judgment in my favour.
B) the judgment sum has already been collected, confirming the validity of my claim.
C) it is worth pointing out that the window pane installed by the LW's competitor is still in perfect condition, further highlighting the issues with the original installation.
D) instead of the stonewalling their customers, LW may wish to improve communication, follow-up, customer service training, warranty verification, and quality assurance.

We understand your concerns regarding the issues with your window pane. However, as previously advised, we have no record of a valid warranty associated with your purchase, nor have we received any documentation to support your claim.
Without valid proof of warranty, we are unable to accept liability for any repairs or associated costs.
We must also respectfully point out that the threat of instructing bailiffs is not an appropriate or lawful course of action in this matter. If you believe you have a valid claim, we would recommend resolving this through the proper legal channels. Should you choose to pursue this, we will fully cooperate with any official proceedings and provide all necessary documentation to support our position.
We remain open to further communication should you be able to provide evidence of your warranty or any additional relevant information.

Engineer was very pleasant and helpful
Engineer was very pleasant and helpful. Door repaired and so far so good, no problems with it at all. Engineer also advised that if I should find the door becomes faulty that I should not hesitate to call Lordship Windows which was reassuring. Overall a very good service.
