Seems I've been had as well. I'm beginning to wonder how this company stays in business with all the complaints of never receiving their orders. Does this product even exist? Tracking shows it was delivered but there was never a hand off to any US based delivery companies or the USPS... When I asked them, their only reply was 'have you checked with the courier?" When asked which courier I should check with, they did not reply. I've reported it to Paypal and requested a refund. Seems like a bunch of people have had the same issue with this company... never receiving what they ordered. Come on Lorinney. Step up your game or stop marketing to the US.

Die senden ihnen eine Tracking Email von China Post aber es wird nie bei ihnen Ankommen!
Und PayPal beruft sich auf die Tracking Info Gesendet ,und sie Verlieren.

Leider auch darauf reingefallen.
Der Sonnenschirm wurde nie geliefert!
Jetzt hoffe ich, dass Paypal das Geld zurück erstattet!

I ordered a portable screen for my laptop, which I need urgently for my work while on move.
It says shipped and tracking was provided for China Post.
Now the tracking is showing delivered, but I didn’t received anything. Interesting thing is it showed delivered even before the timings shown in tracker. Same was being shown on if I track on China post site tracker.
Don’t know how they manipulated China Post tracking,
May be China post is also a part pf scam..
How can China post says it is delivered and nothing shows up.
Now the seller is not even responding to my email to inquire and issue refund.
I suggest stay away form these guys, they are a total scam…
I paid via Paypal, don’t know how I can get my refund, May be they manipulated Paypal also to help them Scam the innocent people.. Not sure if Paypal also not safe anymore to make online payments,I think

Same as many others, got tracking number, says delivered but no package. This is a Scam!!

Just like everyone else, I have fallen victim to the scam.
Sent tracking number, but although it says delivered, of course it wasn’t. Also, no details of courier. They answered my first email, but nothing since - now their email address is no longer valid. I will raise dispute now with PayPal.

J'ai commandé un parasol depuis avril et je n'ai rien reçu alors qu'ils m'ont dit que cela a été livré, heureusement que j'ai payé avec Paypal. A fuir vraiment, la prochaine fois je me renseignerai avant d'acheter, il sne sont pas honnete

I never received my item and it says it was delivered???????? And they have no phone number that i can contact them so I can correct this issue

I ordered the 3 screen setup for my laptop. As a Realtor I am always working on my laptop at open houses and thought this would be very helpful. I placed the order and paid through PayPal. I got shipping updates along the way and yesterday saw that it was deliviered shortly after 7 am (which I thought was strange). I went to the front door to get it, but it wasn't there. I went to the other 8 units in my condo and it wasn't at any of those front doors. I drove through the other 3 condo assn's near me and, again, nada. I sent a message but didn't ehar anything. This morning I made a claim w/ PayPal and they've already issed me a refund. I was never even 80% sure I'd get it, which is why I used the PayPal option. So glad that I did.

I have received e-mail notice that that my package was delivered and it has not. I've tried e-mailing this company but to no avail days later still no response.
I would not trust any of these companies that are selling anything out of China again. Don't do IT.
Now time to start the process of PayPal to get my money back.

Scam site! Ordered a card shuffler. They sent a tracking number but it never went past "processing". Asked for a refund three times. They said be patient then said it had been delivered and signed for. I emailed and asked for where it was sent and they said they would check with the shipper. If it was legit, all the tracking info would be online. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Tracking says delivered but it wasn't.
Doesn't say what company delivered it.
Stay away from these guys!!! they are sitting waiting to scam you out of your hard earned money.
Have emailed them so let's see what happens probably get the same response as all the others which will be none or next to none.
Very disappointed as this order was for setting up my home office

Lodged a “Dispute” through PayPal and instant 100% refund. They must be onto them finally.

Was soll ich sagen, trotz der Warnungen hier habe ich was bestellt und wie erwartet nicht erhalten. Ich hoffe das lesen hier noch viele bevor was bestellt wird. Die Ware kommt nie an, die Trakinginformationen sind Fake. Eine Spedition die die Ware geliefert haben soll wurde mir nicht genannt. FINGER WEG.
Übrigens: Nachdem Paypal den Fall zugunsten des Verkäufers geschlossen hat habe ich das Problem nocheinmal gemeldet, ist etwas kompliziert, aber am Ende hab ich mein Geld zurück bekommen.
Also nicht aufgeben und vielleicht diese Bewertungsseite an Paypal senden, hilft bestimmt.

Just like other reviewers I placed an order, but nothing received. Website tracking never updated. Shop App and PayPal could not track saying invalid tracking number. Manually tracked on China Post which said it was delivered. Contacted seller twice and both times the response asked me for information stated in my original email to them with attached screenshots. Seller refused to investigate so I contacted PayPal, who gave me a partial refund. I lost $7 in shipping fees. This company website should be taken down.

Præcis som alle andre har jeg heller ikke modtaget mine varer fra dette svindelfirma.
Deres tracking siger varen er leveret, men intet er modtaget. Ud over det, så ved kontakt, beskyldte de mig for at være problemet, på trods af de aldrig har sendt noget afsted. Hold jer langt væk.

No stars as I've also been scammed... Wish I looked at reviews... Tictok I bought off.. As was advertised but nothing ever came even though said delivered

Alarm bells ringing....scam??
Tracking initially looked legit. I have been checking it every day. Now (5weeks since ordering) I check the tracking and it says delivered at 16:40 today 16th June. Can't quite fathom that, because as I write this it is only 15:48, and it said delivered on the tracking over an hour ago?!
Wish I'd checked the reviews before as it seems this is a common occurrence.
