I still haven’t received my item and no one is responding

Prolonged delivery arrived two days later than stated. Received text messages saying having difficulties in delivering - but no idea what it was and unable to contact anyone to discuss. Eventually got delivered on the same delivery with other parcels on the same van.????? You tell me !

Placed an order in November and it wasn’t delivered, I’ve contacted them three times and this is still unresolved. Terrible customer service!

I paid money for an item and it’s never been sent. No reply to repeated emails or phonecalls. No one picks up the phone or answers their online messaging service.

My order arrived very well packaged, was exactly as specified, with great after sales interaction.

The best artificial alliums I have seen. I grow plenty in the garden so I know what to expect. These are gorgeous, plenty long enough to add height to any arrangement and in delicate shades of mauve. I’m delighted with my purchase which came the next day and would highly recommend.

Prompt, friendly & helpful replies to my question s about delivery. Lovely products, that were just as described. Good value & good quality. An easy & pleasurable company to deal with.

Purchased online late Oct - arrived poorly packaged and wasn't what I expected.

Clicked link on my order - took me to a page on their website. Instructions for return/refund were to email them for 'approval' and then to send item to specified address. Emailed them directly and got no response. So paid for courier to return item to the address they provided.

Item was delivered back to them on 7th Nov at 15.09. No acknowledgment of receipt of returned goods.

No refund after 3 weeks so emailed them on 28th Nov. Again, no response whatsoever. So I gave a scathing TrustPilot review and within minutes of it being published, they 'miraculously found' the emails I had previously sent. However, instead of apologising, I got an angry email from the owner, saying that I had not followed procedure and that they would not refund the item as "the address (which was on their website) was not their actual address (supposedly an obsolete address from the previous incarnation of the company but still showing on their own website) and as they hadn't received an email 'requesting' return (I did it- they didn't answer. Not my fault); would dispute a PayPal refund claim and seek legal advice if necessary". However, they would offer an immediate refund IF I REMOVED THE TRUSTPILOT REVIEW.

I was hugely reluctant to be bullied into removing a factual review but relented and said I would remove and for them to send a refund. I then received a notification from PayPal stating my refund was on its way. I took down the review and informed LostLand directly. However, here's the kicker. Once the review was taken down, they actually retracted the refund from PayPal and no monies were received. I messaged their admin and was told they'd ask accounts department but no further updates and are now blanking all subsequent emails.

Doesn't seem possible for a company to behave this way...and yet here I am - £30 down and nothing but grief to show.
