I ordered the Penelope Estate Collection 10-Year Single Barrel. The bottle shown on the Lost N Liquor website is exactly the one I wanted, and that is the reason I chose to purchase from this store. However, the bottle I received is a Private Select, which is not the item that was advertised. I am very disappointed, as I can purchase the Private Select at my local liquor store without paying any delivery fees. Also, I am now stuck with a bottle that I did not want.

First order came with one of the bottles badly broken and the box soaked with the alcohol. Things happen.

I have made 4 attempts to contact them with no luck. Don't buy from them.
