Opgelet voor deze webshop !
Opgelet voor deze webshop! Ik probeerde een zonnebril te retourneren, maar het retourproces vereist dat je eerst moet mailen. Al mijn berichten werden echter volledig genegeerd, waardoor de retourtermijn verstreek. Pas nadat ik een negatieve review plaatste, kreeg ik plots een reactie met de belofte dat mijn retour dan toch behandeld zou worden als ik de review verwijderde.
Inmiddels zijn we een half jaar verder, maar ik heb nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen. Absoluut onbetrouwbaar

I've had a great experience with Louene! Their sunglasses are stunning and I've got the Grimaud in Deep Champagne color. The sunglasses come with a super nice leather box to store it in and the model that I got looks exactly as on their website. Would def recommend! 🙏🏼😊

I got the cutest sunglasses from Louène - the Antibes in Shadow Gray. They are amazing quality and come with a case so that you can pack the glasses into a bag and protect them. They were quick to respond and everything went smoothly. Can only recommend.
