DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SITE! THEY ARE SLOW AND RIDICULOUS WITH HOW SLOW THEY ARE WITH THE SHIPPING. However, the product is amazing...their website is on the opposite side of the spectrum. unreal!

The products are amazing, however when you pay for a product and it comes packaged poorly, and empty you reach out to them and then pay an extra 5 to have it resent when you show proof of the box that is soaked in product and a video of an empty bottle and have emailed them several times and this was over 5 months ago still no wizard. Very disappointed in the company not the product as I went and bought it at ulta so I know I get my product and not an empty bottle.

I am very impressed with the customer service. They took care of a situation with shipping immediately, no questions asked. I love the Amika products and I have been telling everyone how amazing the customer service is.

I learned about this product line from my hairstylist. She uses them and I was amazed. Bought the whole line for myself and my daughters. Every product has been top notch. Shipping was very quick. Packaging was great. Website is easy to navigate.

The company isn't taking customer service phone calls, when I just called. The chatbot on their site is not helpful. My order was to arrive 12/5/25 according to tracking, but it never updated until today 12/10/25. This is bad service! Who knows when or if I will receive my order and who knows in what condition -frozen, damaged, etc. Customers deserve to know exactly when is delivery, so package can be brought in immediately out of the freezing temperature. I love the product, but this terrible service will keep me from ordering again.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Placed an order in November 30th. They had no problem taking the money out of my account but haven’t updated a single thing no tracking information no date. Nothing. Poor customer service I must of called 20 times, I’ve sent emails. Chats. No response. DO NOT ORDER FROM AMIKA CANADA ONLINE!

The scent of the shampoos and conditioners has gone awry. The scent was why I loved your product
Now you sell a spray to make my hair smell that way. Go back to the shampoo and conditioner smelling amazing. Because the tea tree smell is awful.

I really wanted to love this product and had high hopes but it didn't deliver even close to what I would have hoped. I even bought additional products at Amazon to go along with these and it didn't improve my situation at all. My hair is still fluffy and frizzy and not sleek as I would have hoped.

Their products are amazing. They work wonderfully and smell so good! This is definitely one of the Brands I will be sticking to for life as long as they don't change the formula and keep doing what they're doing! Love getting rewards and discounts. Only huge downside is you have to spend an obscene amount of money the higher reward discount you want to use. And you can't use your rewards discount and another coupon discount!! That really unfortunate. Also also too many steps to log out.
