Helen brought empathy, calm and humour to make the day celebrating my Mum’s life so memorable.
Not just the day itself but the meticulous attention to detail in the meetings prior.
We were delighted and grateful for everything.

We chose Helen to lead my Dad's funeral. Right from the initial contact Helen was kind, compassionate and thoughtful. She managed to pick up so much from us rambling on to her for such a relatively short space of time. Helen checked back with us to ensure we were totally happy with the words. Managing to incorporate all that had been important to us some of that just by intuition. As well as leading the service Helen was there to greet us on the day and reassure us everything was taken care of. Thank you Helen.

I reached out to Helen when we lost my mum after a long illness. I was having to navigate my grief whilst living in New Zealand and trying to help my brother in Leeds with anything I could from afar. Helen stepped in and made the whole process of sorting out the details for the funeral, liaising with the funeral directors, and putting together the service seem almost effortless.
She conducted the service with great empathy but also knew when humour was appropriate.

We lost our beloved husband and father suddenly and very tragically. Helen was so understanding and calm and guided us through this terrible time. She listened and understood what we wanted to say in the service and got it absolutely perfect. So many people commented on how sincere she was and that it was beautiful.
