LoveBling serves as a model in the jewelry industry for customer service and elevated satisfaction. Purchasing fine jewelry online is a risk. But with this company all is alleviated. Fabian, an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly employee, spends as much time with the customer as needed to ensure every question is answered before purchase. He explains gold gram weight, pricing and provides videos and photos via text to show exactly what you are purchasing. He provides multiple options for consideration. Having purchased various types of 14K gold jewelry including chains, bracelets and rings, having them appraised by my private jeweler, I can attest they are exactly what I was told they would be. Even my jeweler cannot come close to the price LoveBling offers. This company is legit, honest, caring and trustworthy. I am thrilled to have found them years ago.

When problem occurred, you were on top of it. Customer Service personnel very polite and helpful. Fast shipment.

I purchased what was sold as a solid gold necklace. When I received it, I noticed that it solidly stuck to a magnet.
I contacted LoveBling and they sent me a long explanation with a video on how it may stick to a magnet because of the clasp.
I then sent them a picture of the magnet sticking to the necklace of the opposite end of the clasp... and no response whatsoever. No explanation. No apology. No offer to make it right because I my wife would no longer have a birthday present. Crickets.
Then after I sent it back, I did not get a refund, so I had to dispute it with my credit card company.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

Update: After reading the response below to my review, I waited roughly 10 days after you received it before I finally disputed it. But who cares??!!
+ What about the 14k gold necklace that stuck to a magnet?
+ What about your lack of response after I sent you the picture?
+ What about me missing my wife’s birthday present because you sold me a product that was NOT actually 14k gold?

When my new chain clasp broke, I emailed the customer’s service department. They responded back immediately. They emailed me the return shipping label. After receiving my chain, a new chain was shipped to me right away. Their customer service was top notch! I did not expect this level of efficiency and service. I highly recommend Love Bling!!!

I ordered a 14k Rose Gold 3mm Rope Chain; which if you know aren’t exactly easy to find. Customer service was prompt in emailing me back, friendly, and weren’t offended by me asking to swing it over to my jewelers to verify the piece on their XRF. Delivery and packaging were fine, arrived in a nondescript box to ward off the porch pirates.
The chain itself is great, no issues at all getting it verified. The rose tone is great for guys it doesn’t have the overly pink hue one assumes when they hear “rose gold”.

Love Bling has some gorgeous, extremely well made jewelry, beautifully packaged for presentation and delivered quickly with zero snags.

the ring broke easy and i was sent the wrong size, this was about a few weeks

I was skeptical about purchasing from this company initially. I own several pieces of fine jewelry and know what a reasonable cost is and how I want to be treated as a higher end consumer. There isn’t a lot of grand marketing and one wonders how their pricing can be so competitive. And, due to the fact there is no store front, I wondered if the gold was legit. I decided to make my first purchase a couple years ago simply based on the email exchanges I had with the company. The diamond cut rope chain purchased was solid 14k with a lobster clasp. It was magnificent. Love Bling encouraged me to take it to my jeweler. My jeweler verified it was everything Love Bling said it would be, furthermore, said he could never match the price. I typically buy gold pieces knowing what they weigh. After my experience with this company that became a secondary issue. Today I made another purchase for a teenage girl. I had specifics in mind. The company immediately responded to my email inquires and generously had his niece put the piece on and sent me a video. It was the epitome of customer service. This company serves as a model for how a small business should be managed. They know they exist because of customers. They do everything they can to gain trust, respect and satisfaction. They have earned mine.

LoveBling is great! I had a bad experience with another online seller(WJD) & I went on a search for a better more reputable company & I was referred to LoveBling, I researched against their prices & no one was cheaper. Their prices & weights are great. I’ll definitely be buying a bracelet very soon!

I recently made a purchase from 'Love Bling' and it was a deeply disappointing experience. The customer service was far from satisfactory, and the products I received were of very poor quality. They did not meet my expectations at all and appeared to be inauthentic. I would not recommend 'Love Bling' to anyone and believe companies should prioritize better service and genuine products.

I had a customer service request, and was helped immediately by team member, Michael. He resolved my issue and offered me useful information on the product.

We had to return a necklace, and they claimed to never have received it. They began ignoring our emails, calls, and even the BBB. We never got our money back. This company will steal your money if you're unhappy with a product.

Edit: Thanks for the reply and attempt to cover-up your mistake, but I have receipts. Here is the email I sent on July 11th which was well after you ignored the BBB and our previous attempts to call and email you. Your people never responded:
"Greetings Folks at Love Bling,

I hope you are all having a fantastic day and a great summer. I am writing you in regards to a long-standing issue after placing an order for my wife,[redacted], that has not been resolved.

On Sept 4, 2022, I purchased a 10k Yellow Gold 2.5mm Solid Pave Two-Tone Figaro Chain Necklace SKU: 10C41Y18 for my wife. Order #000005106. Unfortunately, my wife had an allergic reaction to it and was interested in exchanging it since she liked your jewelry. She sent an email on Sept 11, and you sent her the return label 9 days later. After returning it, we did not hear back from anyone until Oct 13, 2022 at which point we were informed that the necklace was not in the box we shipped. Your people kindly asked if we accidentally forgot to put it in the box, so we double checked and confirmed we did not have the necklace. We were told a claim would need to be filed to move forward and I agreed requesting it outright.

There was another stretch of silence until we reached out on Oct 31. Michael offered to speak with us over the phone at which point he assured us he would attempt to figure out what happened with the order claim and pending review from Fedex. After that, we never heard back from Michael or anyone from Love Bling. We waited a just over a month thinking the investigation was ongoing, but then you did not respond to my wife's attempt to reach out again. So on Dec 11, we contacted the Better Business Bureau and opened a complaint.
The first case number was 1124595, but it was eventually changed to 19325653. We worked with them until May 16th at which point they said Love Bling stopped cooperating with them.

It has been almost a year in which the lack of communication has become frustrating and is setting off red flags that this may be a scam. This is a great company. I ordered a 5mm 24" Wheatpalm Franco Chain. The customer service was so patient and helpful answering questions for me. It was delivered lightning fast, and a fair price. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!

I ordered a chain for my son, but he preferred a wider chain. He returned it and ordered another one from them. Shipping was fast. Customer service was excellent. I received answers to my emails quickly, and 3 phone calls as well, which is unheard of in these times! Quick processing of return. Great company!

The company accidently sent me the wrong size necklace. I told them about it then they asked I send a photo of it. In the meantime they sent me a ups label to return the one I had. In less than a week, they received the necklace from me and had sent the correct one all within 5 days. The company was pleasant to work with and had good service. I would recommend the company and I will buy from them again.
