Unprofessional and rude staff Iry from waterway point
I always love lovebonito apparels from a teenager until I become a mum.
I visited love bonito at waterway point today at about 8pm and purchased 3 apparels.
Me and my kids was at the cashier awaiting for the staff to locate my requested items.
The staff Iry came to the empty counter beside us and shouted excuse me in a very rude tone.. signalling my kids to clear the counter.
Her verbal and non verbal cues was uncalled and was very unprofessional. Her face was so black.
Kindly counsell her, my kids and I do not deserved to be treated in this undesired manner.

Ridiculously slow
The shopping experience is extremely poor, it's really slow. After placing the order, it took a whole week for the shipment to be dispatched, and the logistics delivery is also very slow, taking at least a month each time. Do you really understand how to run an online shopping business? Do you know that other brands can deliver to Macau from North America in just around 9 days? Yet, it takes over a month for your shipments from Singapore. Is your warehouse located in Iceland or something? Damn ridiculous!

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. I have never experienced this in my online shopping! Love Bonito return method is sooooo stupid if you’re buying from USA, forget it! Trying to Request/Print return labels is a pain in the ass. Their customer service support is non-existent. I finally gave up on trying to contact them because now it’s been 3 weeks and I’ve lost $200 on these clothes are cheap and ugly. Ordered a small it seems like a Large. I’m already paying for the damn clothes I can’t pay more to get them altered. I never hated a clothing website as much as love bonito! Never again!
Update next day: Now they wanna reach out within 24 hrs of my review? When I try to reach out for help no one want to reply! I stand by my review

Good customer support
Love Bonito's sizing can be a bit inconsistent between products, but when I had issues with the listed size and fit, they supported me with rectifying the issue although it was a sale product. They really do care about the customer! Shoutout to Angie who was a great customer support through it all. Thanks LB.
Horrible dress
Horrible. Cheap fabric. Sizing inaccurate . I'm usually M/L size. Bought a M size dress but fit like XL. Requested for size exchange but not allowed due to its a sale item. Told them I'm would bear the cost of shipping I just need to change the size of the dress to smaller and my request denied. It bother me alot coz I can't alter it. I can't wear it coz it's so loose and ugly. I just don't knw what to do with the dress. Customer service have no empathy. This Loreen tweed dress by far the most disappointing dress I have ever bought from love bonito. Their quality has declined so bad.

NOT WORTH IT
NOT WORTH IT. Tried ordering for the first time. Package came so late, horrible return policy and customer service. They charge you for extra on returns. Not worth the buy online, as you don't know the fit and they prevent you from returning which is stupid.

Difficult Returns Policy and Long Waits for Items
I will not purchase from this store again, simply because of the return policy! It was the most difficult and expensive returns process I have ever gone through with any store with, and only store credit is given, no refunds on returned items. I think the store would be in a much better place if it updated its return policy and procedures were updated. Items also took 3 weeks to arrive, which was frustrating.

Dont buy online, not worth it!
Sizes mentioned are not accurate which you cannot return especially when they are on sale items. Very disappointed and not happy. Not worth it!

Disappointing Return and Refund Policy
It's my first time purchasing from LB online and frankly quite appalled by with the return and refund policy. While I appreciate the great range and good quality of their products, I must express my disappointment with their return process.
I wanted to exchange a product but they only have return policy. I returned the product to the Causeway Bay, HK store 2 weeks ago. And I have yet to receive any notification regarding the status of my returned item or any information about the refund process.
What adds to the frustration is the refund policy itself. In today's online retail landscape, majority of companies offer refunds to be credited back to the original mode of payment. But not with LB which only offers to credit the refund on the account. This approach feels quite tricky and somewhat forces customers to continue purchasing from their store rather than providing flexibility and convenience.
I genuinely appreciate the quality and range of products offered. However, I must admit that the return and refund policy has left me with a negative impression. It would be greatly appreciated if they could improve their communication regarding returns and expedite the refund process. Additionally, offering refunds to the original mode of payment would be a significant improvement and align with the practices of other online retailers.

Horrible return policy, poor customer service
Horrible return policy, poor customer service. I reached out about an issue with my order twice and they just ignored me, it was so bizarre. I have loved a lot of their clothes but if anything goes wrong, you will just have to suck it up and keep the clothing - otherwise you will have to ship all the way back to Singapore and pay for it yourself. An absolute joke of a shipping policy!!

Getting worse and worse.
I use to buy a lot at Love Bonito, and I am a gold member too. But lately the experience it getting worse and worse. Quality of clothes are getting worse with thicker and thicker fabric. Online shopping takes long time to be delivered at home and the return policy is terrible. They allow you only to receive a online store credit you can ONLY use online and I am still waiting since almost a month for my last refund submission. Customer service is not fast, since they take 2/3 days to reply you.
Very sad to say but I don't think it's going to last this brand if this is the way they care about their customers. I'll wait for my refund, try to use the store credit somehow and will cancel my subscription.

Pathetic Returns Procedure
They have the worse returns procedure imaginable. Its tedious and time consuming which I not something I want to deal with in this day and age. Plus they dont give refund, only store credit which is horrible. No customer should put up with this nonsense specially since the clothes are pretty average quality anyhow.
Poor online experience
Very poor logistic/warehouse processes. Unable to cancel orders even though items had not been dispatched. Lengthy wait times for items to be dispatched. Unrealistic refunds process.
Orders were placed on 5th June. Received 2 emails (June 12 and June 16) that items won't be dispatched till 28 June.
Sent email on 20 June asking for order to be cancelled. Was informed that cancellation is NOT possible. (Their system do not allow for this to happen).
Asked for a refund, was advised that they provide store credits instead of full refund. (I insisted otherwise)
Advised that a refund can only be processed AFTER the items are dispatched and RETURNED to them. (See the flawed system)
Overall, an EXTREMELY negative experience. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Package never arrive and the shipping company is not link to the tracking order status. You have to dig into the support question to know their courier. They don’t even leave a note or ring doorbell when I am obviously home at 7am Saturday morning, and now they send the package back.

Great value
I heard about this site from Asian American YouTubers I follow. They talked about Asian sizing, which fits me since I'm petite. I eventually ordered a bunch of items because their stuff is SO cute. Overall I'd say the clothes are very well priced. It's no Banana Republic in terms of quality, but it's also not a cheap brand where clothes won't last in the wash. Overall the clothing quality is closest to probably like a Zara, but way better value. Some tops I ordered had unfinished seams, but it didn't affect the style at all, and other items I ordered were pretty good quality with 100% cotton and nothing flimsy, which is what I'd expect at this price point. I ended up returning half the items due to fit/style, which is normal for me on any brand. I had an issue returning online (I think my ad blocker broke it), but I got it resolved easily through their customer service.
The biggest con is the shipping times, both to home and returns. I'm guessing it's because it's a brand from Singapore, but my items took like 10-15 business days, though they share that info up front.
The package is missing.
