Excellent customer service whether that be online purchases, returns or over the phone purchases. The girls are friendly, helpful and honest in their advice. The store is warm, welcoming and beautiful.

Clothes are lovely but the return policy needs to be looked at asap , returned a pant recently cost me €9 postage .
Would put me off purchasing again .

Received the top and I really like the fit. I was disappointed as two of the buttons were extremely loose and one of the loops wasn’t switched to the top. I had to sew all these items myself as I needed this top for an event, didn’t have time to return/exchange.

Very pleased with service. Did a click and collect order so collected at the warehouse. No issue with refund if I needed to return either which is great piece of mind as I'm in between sizing. Product itself was very good quality and exactly what I'm looking for.
