Have not received bracelet

I’m very happy with my purchase! The first ring I ordered was a bit too big, but the company was extremely helpful and quickly sent me the right size. The new one fits perfectly and looks beautiful. Great quality and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

So I stumbled across this jewelry by accident, just doom scrolling, and I saw it. I hadn't even started to think about what to get my mom for mother's day, but when I saw the rings, I knew. That was her gift. I excitedly texted my mom asking for her ring size, then realized. I can't just get me one daughter ring, so I ordered my sister one too. I was really iffy at first, but lemme tell y'all, don't be! I got our rings in the mail. They are absolutely beautiful! The website doesn't give them justice! Their customer service is exceptional too! I accidentally ordered the wrong size for myself and they were more than happy to help get my correct size to me.
The couple of downfalls- one was that I couldn't automatically send my mom and sister their rings, I had to mail them all to myself, now I'm having to figure out how to mail them their rings since I'm 9hrs from home at st jude and I'm not sure when my son is done with treatment so I cant just wait til I see em again. Also, there needs to be different options on what the daughter rings say that way you can pick different things. So if you have multiple daughters/sisters, they all aren't saying the same thing.

Other than those teeny tiny ideas, the rest has been beyond amazing! If I could give them something higher than a 5 I definitely would!

Ordered the ring "Strong as Fxck" black rose ring. The wrong size came but they were quick to correct the issue. My ring fits perfectly and is exactly as pictured

The "Love from Mom - I think about you every Daisy Ring" is so cute! Both of my daughters loved it and it was a special keepsake for their wedding days. When one size wasn't quite right, the company quickly helped me with an exchange in time for the wedding day!

This company is wonderful! From the date of purchase, I received the ring quickly and it was a beautifully stunning piece of jewelry. The packaging was above and beyond with a cute card in a decorative slip envelope atop a sturdy, quality, classy gift box adorned with a red ribbon. The quality of the ring and packaging was much better than I had expected! I will definitely be going back to order additional pieces!

Stone does not set nicely…is off center and only side of stone is seen.

Item was beautiful and arrived promptly. I ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service. I received a friendly and helpful response within in 24 hours and my issue was resolved promptly and better than expected.

I have had some very positive interactions with customer service. When I placed my order I accidentally forgot to change my mailing address and by the time I realized it my package had already shipped. I checked the other address the night after my package was delivered but; of course, it wasn't there. They are sending me another package! (To the correct address) I can't wait for it to come. I highly recommend them!

My daughter loved the ring that I ordered for her. I had an issue with sizing which was totally my fault and they helped me fix it the same day. I was very impressed with this company putting customers first! I am a first time customer but definitely not a last! Shipping was also very quick!

For the longest time I kept seeing ads for this product and I finally couldn’t resist anymore. I bought the ring and got it within a week. The quality is great! The only problem I had was I got the wrong size as I hadn’t tried on a ring for that finger I got it for in yeeeeaaaarrrss. I quickly emailed them and asked if I could return it. I got a reply within 12 hours and they said they would kindly ship out the correct size for me without having to return the original one purchased. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
