I Love LoveElectric...............
I Love LoveElectric! my first venture into going EV from a traditional ICE was a scary thought, I chose a BYD Seal Excellence and Kristina at LE guided me though the process with great patience and professionalism.
Then when i placed my order the baton was passed to Rachel who communicated brilliantly and organised delivery on a day to us ! The communication from the whole team at LE has been incredible, to a level rarely seen these days, and to round it off i absolutely delighted with my car which is a testament to Kristina and Rachel.

Fabulous delivery experience
Oliver (English) kept me informed all the way through the delivery process (answering questions super quickly and in an informative manner). The dealership from where the collection was made (we opted for a collection rather than delivery to our home address) were exceptional as well. The entire delivery process was super smooth and we were made to feel informed and in control at all times.
Delighted with the overall service - thank you LoveElectric team for making this so easy.

Really pleased overall
Really pleased overall — smooth process from start to finish and a quicker delivery than I expected. The car's great and everything matched the description, so no complaints on that front.
The one thing keeping it from 5 stars: it arrived with a chip in the windscreen. Fair play, it was noted on the condition report so there was full transparency — but I do think it would've been nicer if they'd just sorted it with a quick resin repair before handover and still flagged it on the paperwork. Instead I've had to go out of my way to arrange it myself on day one. Small thing, and easily avoided next time, but worth flagging.
That aside, genuinely good service and I'd happily recommend them.

Love Electric made the ordering of my EV an incredibly smooth process. They were very supportive and quick to answer any queries I had. The customer service provided was absolutely fantastic and I would definitely recommend. The process of ordering my vehicle to it's delivery date was only 7 days, and I cannot fault the professionalism and dedication shown to fulfilling my order.

Pleased with the service from start to finish. Placing an order was easy with all the required information accurately at hand when needed. I was always kept in the loop for the delivery dates and charger installation. Delivery was on time as promised.

Loveelectric - hassle free experience
Loveelectric kept me informed every step of the way so I was in no doubt as to what was happening and when with my order.
And, they were good to their word, doing exactly what they said would happen.
All in all, a hassle free experience.

Very positive experience…
I have had a very positive experience with loveelectric - I chose a used (re-loved) car and the whole experience was smooth and relatively quick. There was a slight delay due to a recall on the car but that was out of their control. All of the staff I have had interactions with have been really friendly and helpful. if you are looking for a salary sacrifice scheme I would highly recommend them.
