The whole experience was smooth and…
The whole experience was smooth and effortless, a brand new car with insurance, maintenance, road recovery & subsidised home charger at a lower cost than leasing direct, the salary sacrifice scheme meant I had the best deal whilst being more enviromentally friendly, in addition I saved monthly income as much cheaper to run on electric than fuel, Karen is very happy with her new smooth running car :)

Great Experience
Delivered as expected - a seamless process from setting up the companies salary sacrifice scheme to the cars being delivered
The educational process was simple and informative
the website portal to order the vehicle was simple with no gaps it was a simple process from picking a car to it being delivered - very transparent
the staff were helpful along the process - and even following up once the car was delivered

Exceptional Speed and Support - Amy must be appraised for her professionalism & Speed
I had a fantastic experience with Amy at LoveElectric. She was incredibly reassuring and fast, helping me navigate the salary sacrifice scheme effortlessly. I had very specific requirements for my BMW i5 including wheels, paint, trim, and specific brake callipers. Amy worked diligently to secure the exact specification I wanted. Communication was flawless, and she made the entire process stress-free. I’m thrilled that my order is accepted and can't recommend Amy and LoveElectric enough!

Can’t fault Love Electric
I’ve been using Love Electric for over 2 years now, and not long received my 2nd car from them. The system is super slick and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t fault the service so far.

Very helpful staff
I dealt with Amy who was extremely patient and looked after me really well... I asked for around 12 different quotes/specs and had a lot of general questions, but Amy was able to answer all of my queries really quickly and I'm pleased to say I placed my order today!!

Fantastic Service…
I arranged a call via the website which was really quick and easy. Amy called me right on time and was so lovely. She answered all my questions in great detail making my decision to get a car through the scheme a no brainer really! I've had many questions that I asked after our call (via email) and each time she has responded with all the info I need and in such a friendly manner. She has made this process so quick and easy and genuinely has been one of the main factors in me choosing the scheme.
