Love Fascinators Opiniones

Wow, wow, wow!
Gemma you are a star! I have had a nightmare choosing a fascinator to go with my dress without looking like ‘Big Bird’ from Sesame Street. Gemma emailed me with a much better solution, she was so helpful. I was just sorry I was a pain for her as I had already placed an order for aforementioned fascinator which was due for despatch tomorrow!
Thank you for saving me from a fashion disaster Gemma xx

The service was good - the order arrived quickly and the fascinator looked the same as in the picture.

Thankyou fantastic service! Perfect fascinator & bag

Magnifique. Très contente même s'il est difficile de se faire livrer en France

Fast, efficient service. Beautiful hat, excellent quality, despatched very quickly.
I think the website should have more pictures and a better description of each hat but this is the second hat I have bought from them and they are both gorgeous.

Excellent service, the tie, hat and bag all match perfectly. Great value and a quality hat. Thank you

I was surprised how quickly my order was delivered. The quality for the price was fine. My only criticism was that I did not receive any email or other confirmation of my order

The fascinator is beautiful, exactly as it looks in the photo.
My only issue is that I received absolutely NO communication from Love Fascinators in the form of order confirmation and I was beginning to wonder if the order had gone through. I was not until several days later that I received a message to say it was on it's way from Royal Mail.

Great hatinator, but didn’t come in a hat box and for the price I paid I was a bit surprised, although it was still a great buy. Fast postage. Thank you! I love my hatinator, it’s stunning.

Fast delivery and well packaged. Hatinator and bag as shown and perfect for what I needed.

What an outstanding company! I was trying to find a fascinator to match a wedding guest outfit I had bought a year ago. The colour match was proving to be quite tricky . Gemma could not have been more helpful. Her advice via telephone email and text message was excellent. Unfortunately the first purchase( which arrived very quickly) didn't quite match but with the easy returns and super fast refund process , and further advice from Gemma, I was able to buy another fascinator with matching handbag , which was perfect . The customer service I received went above and beyond . Some of the larger on line companies out there could certainly take a leaf or two out of Love Fascinators book for sure.

Hat arrived very swiftly, well packaged. Very lovely hat

Fascinator was exactly as image. Quick delivery and competitive price.

Beautiful fascinator and clutch bag, exceptionally well packed.
Thank you, it's even more beautiful than the photos on the website.

Boxed beautifully well made looks very glam

Good choice of colour and style of facinators and hatinators and reasonably priced. Some clutch bags available too if needed. Excellent customer service and goods arrived quickly and well boxed. It would be useful to know size and/or dimensions of products where possible. Returns not a problem.

I had to send the fascinator back because the colour was not the same as shown on the website.

good communication and service.
Fascinator is good quality - an unusual one and not sure quite where it should sit on my head for my end December event.

Fabulous fascinator, pics on site don’t do it justice, delighted with quality and super quick delivery, would highly recommend.
