Love Fascinators Opiniones

Excellent quick service. Well packaged & product in good condition. Thank you

The customer service I received was excellent and very helpful. I had been finding it quite difficult to find a match for my dress for my daughter's wedding, but Gemma soon helped by sending me swatches to compare the colours. I have now been able to purchase a lovely hatinator to finish off my outfit, which I am very pleased with.

I was browsing for a wedding hat and came across this site. I had no idea what to buy and there was a contact form offering help. I filled it in and included a picture of the dress, not really expecting a reply. I received a super speedy reply with half a dozen options positioned on a diagram around the outfit and explanations as to why they would work. I was so grateful! I ordered two hats, returned one with no issue and the other one is perfect. I would never have worked that out without help! A truly lovely small business that still cares. Thank you!

They were very helpful to me with sorting the colour and very please with the fascinators

I ordered a fascinator and matching clutch bag for my niece’s wedding. They are a perfect match for my dress and such a good price. I spoke to Gemma before the order arrived as I was worried I had ordered two different colours and she was really helpful. I ordered on a Sunday and they were delivered on Wednesday. I’m so pleased I found this site.

Gemma was so helpful with me.Spoke over the phone, e-mailed and sent me pictures of the fascinators so i could match them to my dress as the colours aren’t always the same.Advised me on colours, studied pictures I sent her.In the end I ordered two and allowed me to send one back.Delivered so quickly and packaged beautifully. Can’t speak highly enough of this business. Will definitely recommend.

They were very helpful in advising on the correct product.

Personal service and quick delivery followed by quick refund (as it was unsuitable colour)

Excellence customer service. Instant response going above an beyond to try and support my needs. I didn’t order the correct colour but was asked to send a picture of my dress for a more accurate matching. I was sent a few alternatives but didn’t think they suited me, nevertheless it was so helpful and l was given the name of a designer to research . Thank you so much Gemma, very rare and unique service.

Above and beyond helpful. I bought a beautiful hatinator well worth the price.
