I was very excited to get my order but it hasn’t shipped yet and I’ve sent two emails asking when they will be shipped with zero response. I ordered back in March and it’s already April 12th. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I kept getting emails asking for one. It’s hard for me to properly review if the items haven’t even shipped yet and I haven’t heard back from the business.

2 weeks and 1 day and no communication from the website, order still not shipped (only confirmed) and no replies to request to cancel order.

Great and easy to use website. The products got dispatched and delivered quickly and hassle free. The actual packaging is minimal and modern and the products them selves were great! I ordered a belt chain and necklace and I get compliments on them everyday. Lightweight and comfortable. Can't wait to order more once stock level is back up and running.

Doesn’t answer my messages on email or instagram about my order. They promise to ship within 2-7 days. I’ve been waiting over 2weeks and haven’t got delivery comfirm.

I absolutely love every item I have purchased. The customer service is excellent. They definitely go the extra mile!

I’ve always LOVED LTT products and I realise it’s a short-staffed business. I’m just disappointed that the shipping time says 3-7 days to ship when I ordered on March 1st and my order still hasn’t shipped :(

I really dig my skirt! It's well made, very cute, and something I'm gonna wear all the time once it warms up a bit!

(UPDATE) Going down a rating because I literally just had a zipper fall apart after 3 wears.
I love this brand and I have SEVERAL of their skirts but my biggest complaint is the zippers on the skirts. They get stuck constantly and do that thing where when you zip it up, it doesn’t close or come together. Other than that, great quality, comfy skirts, great length but the zippers really can be annoying.

Delivery was very fast. I love the quality of the dress I bought (Chrissy Smock Dress). Exact colour and looks exactly like the picture. The measurements were a little bit off though. I bought size S but its so much bigger, and whenever i sit or lay down the collar/neckline doesn’t stay and would ride down, so it looks much bigger and make me look silly):

The sizing is off. I read people saying to size up but I went with the size chart on the website and just hoped the trousers fit. When I got them I was VERY confused as my trousers came with an elastic waist in the back, which kinda makes them too big and no where on the website, online photos or reviews does it say or show an elastic waistband. Also the hips of the trousers are 12 inches bigger then the waist so it just looks like am wearing clown pants.

The trousers are great quality! The new upgrade on the button is lovely too makes them feel more sturdy :)

I bought one pair of trousers. I really liked the material and the overall quality. I just bought the wrong size by accident and I'm not sure about the fit because it was big on me. The order was placed in Eu i waited a long time, besides that the order was delayed from their side as well. It was sent 2 weeks after i placed my order

I was initially really excited to buy a skirt from LTT because I love their designs and wanted to support a smaller brand, however I would not order from them again.
1. They took ages to arrive
2. I ordered two sizes adjacent to eachother. One a little small but fit, the other was way to big and neither has stretch. The zipper immediately broke upon trying on the one that was a little small, and I assumed it was because it was a bit snug, but I gained some weight over Christmas and now the bigger one fits me perfectly, and the zipper immediately broke on that too.
3. Their customer service take ages to respond and sometimes don't ever reply.
4. The quality of the skirt overall just isn't worth the price. They're not lined, the stitching isn't great and as previous stated the zips broke almost instantaneously.
