Got my ticket for half the price, was so quick and easy. Really pleased I used love to visit. Hadn’t planned my trip so was a last minute decision and so glad I quickly checked online before paying the door price!

Excellent customer service.
I booked day tickets instead of annual pass and requested for a cancellation and refund; using their ‘contact us’ form.
I tried to ring them however it was past their working hours. 9am next working day, my tickets were cancelled and full refund issued by Vinny. No questions asked and no faff. Absolutely brilliant understanding and support.

This company is very good had variety of services which include customer help and facilities and lot more so I booked in for the first time to the circus it’s lovely it’s cheap and worth the price so definitely recommend this app , don’t trust other saying this is scam or whatever because it’s not

I would recommend not to book through this company but book directly as you could also find yourself in the same situation

Initially, my booking went wrong and the payment was pending in my account but the team reached out and checked in with me, giving me reassurance and resolving the problem without me needing to find out how to contact them which was helpful. I also found the family ticket was cheaper than on another website which was a bonus.

I have checked our help form submissions and inbox, but at the moment I am unable to locate any ticket or booking details linked to your name. We have also already sent a request asking for your information so that we can look into this properly and get things sorted for you as quickly as possible.
We would like to reassure you that we are absolutely not a scam company. We sell thousands of tickets every month at the best prices possible and we do support Blue Light customers with exclusive discounts as well.
When a payment is taken but tickets are not issued, it is usually due to a technical issue with the payment provider, and in those cases the payment is normally automatically reverted back.
If this has not already been resolved, please email us directly at cx@lovetovisit.com with your full name, email address and any payment reference so we can investigate and help you straight away.
We genuinely want to help and get this resolved for you as soon as possible!
