Way too expensive and wooden toys too heavy

Way too expensive! Could find similar toys cheaper elsewhere. The first kit was good and then the following 5 or so were just not worth it, and the kids weren’t interested in the toys. Also way too heavy for the blocks and other toys- easily cause injury due to weight. Loved the idea - that’s why I signed up - but wouldn’t recommend. The value is in the tips provided - but you can easily get this knowledge online now via google without having to buy this.

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered the Play Kitchen for my daughter for Christmas. It was sent rather fast but when it arrived in Norway - the customs charges were for more than 400 euros (the kitchen cost around 350 including customs, tax and shipping). The package was divided into two pieces and I needed to pay for each one 200 euros. They obviously made some mistake and I tried to contact the customer service several times asking for help and a solution. After more than a week I still have not received a reply through any channels. I will be making an official complaint through the credit card company as I am not sure I will be getting my money back. The kitchen is now being sent back to Germany as I did not want to pay taxes and customs worth more than the kitchen its self. On their website it says that all customs and tax is included to Norway. Such a disappointment and absolute lack of customer service. Very very sad.

Black friday sale

I excitedly purchased this kitchen with my gift card and was unable to get the black friday discount because it did not allow me to use both a gift card and discount code at the same time. I had to pay a tax amount based on the price before the black friday discount. They were able to refund me the promotional amount for black friday but not the extra I paid for tax. It's pretty unfair, if I had chosen to pay for the black friday price and get reimbursed my gift card after I would have paid even more in tax that would not be later refunded. Be mindful when you do check out with a gift card during their sales events!

Horrible experience with the 'automatic…

Horrible experience with the 'automatic subscription'. I got charged with a second purchase I never did even though I specifically checked in my account If I am subscribed to anything, and it said 'No subsciptions'. Clear scam and no response from customer support. Stay away!

have 2 kids and both have found something they liked throughout all of the boxes lovevery has. plus always super nice customer service if you need to replace a missing or broken toy from set.

Lovevery france organisation et gestion NUL

Lovevery a un très beau concept et les jouets sont très bien malheureusement leur gestion est NUL …à chaque fois ils m’envoient plusieurs kits …:( et ils me les facturent…
Cette fois ci ils m’ont envoyé 4 fois le même kit….et en anglais ils m’ont également facturé maintenant je dois les renvoyer etc…enfin GALÈRE 😡

No delivery and customer service silence

Absolutely awful/non existent customer service. First order delivers well, subsequent orders do not arrive, and they do not respond to customer form enquiries as per recommended on their website. 3 weeks after payment, no order and no response to forms, emails and Instagram comments or direct messages. Absolutely shocking and now out of pocket £120 with no goods.

Grossly overpriced

I paid £390 for a shelf from lovevery. I assumed that because it was extremely overpriced it would at least be great quality, alas it is not. The item arrived in a very bad condition, with scratches and parts that were badly manufactured. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp and had a quick reply. Looking forward to receiving my new parts *fingers crossed

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. It takes weeks and multiple messages to get one response. For items that are on the expensive side, I'm shocked they've been able to get away with this.

Do not shop here

Do not shop here! It has been weeks since I haven’t received my order nor heard from the customer service about the status of my order. Also, thanks to the reviews here I realized that they automatically make you subscribed into plasy kits even if you only order a single product!! That’s extremely poor communication and fraud!

Mauvaise expérience client

L’abonnement implicite à chaque commande n’est pas super clair et il faut être vraiment attentif pour le voir.
Le service client est très difficile à joindre.
Sur l’espace compte du site, les infos de carte et modes de paiement ne sont pas supprimables.

Les box sont très complètes

Les box sont très complètes, top qualité et avec des explications complètes sur l’évolution de l’enfant…
Évidemment la contrepartie c’est le prix… un budget important pour des jeux que nous n’aurions pas tous acheté au detail si on avait été à l’origine de l’achat !

Great toys, very hit and miss customer service

Honestly, the playkits are wonderful and worth the hype! Each toy is genuinely perfect for my daughter's developmental stage. However, what you see in other reviews is true, customer service is really luck of the draw. One toy was broken and I contacted them on WhatsApp and they replaced it immediately - great! However I have contacted them three other times, and they completely ignored me on WhatsApp and took over 2 weeks to respond to me via email.l and I've had to chase them multiple times. It does make you wonder how the business is run that you have to flip a coin on whether anyone will ever bother getting back to you. However if you don't mind this, the toys are great.

Customer service is absolutely…

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a Playkit as a gift for a friend. I did not know she had to confirm the order via her email before it could ship, I thought it would ship on the date selected. Turns out, she does not have access to the email I entered, therefore could not confirm. It has been a week and I have tried four different channels to reach someone in customer service to help change the email and get this order shipped. No replies via email, phone, text or chat. It seems to be an easy fix, if only I could reach someone!!

Great concept but poor customer service

They need to start working on their customer service ASAP. The toys and the concept is well thought out and great quality. Also I love their books. But if there’s an issue they have few contact options that don’t really work, which is my problem at the moment, still hoping to hear back from them.

I absolutely rave about Lovevery

I absolutely rave about Lovevery to everyone I meet! My son is 8 months old now and has received 4 boxes so far, and I’ve loved every single one. It’s not the cheapest subscription, but the toys are such fantastic quality. As a first-time mom, I wouldn’t have known where to begin with educational toys or resources, but Lovevery takes care of all of that for you—no thinking involved! My son loves all the items and can play independently for periods of time, staying really entertained. I also love seeing how he develops with each toy, getting better and better at using them.

I can’t comment on their customer service because I’ve never had to use it, but I honestly can’t fault Lovevery at all. I recently bought the playshelf, and it proudly sits in our living room with all his toys on display, which I never thought would happen because traditional toys never looked great. But these toys fit into any home beautifully!

Stay clear

Stay clear. Unable to get in contact with customer service for weeks, in several channels. Instagram comments full of people with same issue. People waiting for refund, not receiving their parcel etc. Customer service does basically not exist. Wish I would have read the rewies before making an order but I thought they were a serious business.. Stay clear, save frustration and time.

Very slow customer service responses

I ordered a Playkit more than a month ago. A week later I got an email that my order was sent, with no tracking id attached. Well, a month passed by, and there’s still no order or a tracking number anywhere. I haven’t received any updates, and tried to contact customer service three times to no avail. Very disappointing experience, I cancelled the subscription but I hope I’ll get the Play Kit I already paid for…

Edit: My problem was eventually resolved, however it took a really long time!
