Ordered £450 worth of clothes in March nothing has arrived. Every communication has been ignored. I’ve tried email, webforms, messages on Instagram and nothing. Avoid at all costs.

This clothing brand is amazing and honestly really stands out. The quality feels great, the clothes are super comfortable, and everything fits so nicely. The styles are super trendy and chic. Overall, it’s a brand that feels reliable and easy to love.

Ordered $400 of products 1/25. Got a shipping notification 1/27 but as of today 2/20, only the label was created and the shipment was never dropped at UPS. Emailed their support 2/6, 2/10, and 2/12 with no response. Complete scam.

Going on year 4 of wearing Love X Labels! Finding good quality clothing is so hard and I have never been disappointed with them and their quality. Recently I purchased the new collection and it is *chefs kiss. I wore some of the pieces to date night and got so many compliments! Definitely recommend.

Ordered a bunch of new clothes for the new season and got it perfect timing and perfect packaging, couldnt be more happy. They look absolutely stunning on, each piece fit perfect to size and I got a bunch of compliments out and about, highly recommend.

I placed an order with love and labels, then quickly started to see that I ordered the wrong size for my partner but I'd already placed the order and CC was credited. I immediately contacted Customer Services and I voiced what I needed to happen as it was a pure error on my part. The Order was canceled and money is being refunded immediately. I then received her correct size the week after and the fit, colour & palette is amazing! Thank you for listening to your customers needs and putting them first.
