We placed an order - at apparently the same time as a bunch of other large orders were placed.
We normally hear right away that the order was shipped, I didn't and we had a transport coming and we were low on tags.
I sent an email and customer support was amazing, looked into it, asked when we needed them by and did everything they could to get them to us. They were even going to ship out just what we needed for the transport if the entire order wasn't ready in time. Well the order printed and shipped and arrived a day before we needed them. THANK YOU for the amazing service!

They had exactly what I wanted at a great price. Service was fast and items were sturdy and well-made. I wanted several of the brass,
heart-shaped tags to hang from a resin kitty my sister gave me for Christmas in memory of all my fur kids that have crossed The Rainbow Bridge. I got a heart tag for the 12 of them with their name, nickname, and something that was unique or special about them. I can look at the kitty and then read each tag and it is like a part of them is right here with me. They were purrfect!!!

Years ago, I told my dad I would be naming my future rescues Irish names for him. My dad was very proud of his heritage.
I fell in love with the tags I ordered because they are Celtic knots and the tags match each dog’s collar.
I would like to order one for my canine nephew, after I decide which collar to get him.

Tags look great. They have held up well with wear and tear as well. Beautiful. Shipping was decent.
