Love the cards
Love the cards that this company produces. Cards with real meaning. I have bought from them several times and each time the cards have been great and sent quickly in well protected envelopes. I will continue to use them in the future.

Dear June, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. As a small family run publisher, every customer and every review is extremely important to us. The card you ordered is printed on the highest quality 400gsm board which is a higher quality than most of our direct competitors in the greeting card trade. It is embellished on the front cover with tasteful encapsulated glitter and has die cut edging to front and back. There is a 2 page full colour insert. And the card is accompanied by a 100gsm white envelope. Your card was dispatched with first class post "at our cost" Both card and envelope were cellophane wrapped to prevent moisture damage and were packaged in a strong envelope with a cardboard inner, and adorned with "Please do not Bend" and "Please Handle with Love" stickers, as a polite request to royal mail to look after the item. I am very disappointed and saddened to hear that after all the effort we take to provide a quality product and service. That you have been disappointed and unhappy with your purchase.
I can only apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience you may have experienced. Your review mentions something about "Not having a Cushion Pad" I am a little confused about what this relates to and would be most grateful if you are able to enlighten me. Which might prevent another customers disappointment in the future. Thank you once again for taking the time to leave your comments. Kind regards Hilda Richards.

Good service + quality
I recently ordered my first greetings card from this Company. I liked the Picture on the front + the lovely words. Delivery was prompt + securely wrapped with cardboard supporting it. Great Company + I will use again + I thoroughly recommend. A+
