I never received my order
I never received my order. Would appreciate your tracking it to find out where it is. It was already paid for with my credit card.

Dear Olga,
Thank you for your message on trustpilot regarding your order of 7th December not being received.
Your order was dispatched on the 8th December with a Royal Mail 1st Class post.
Delivery to the States from the UK is usually 7 to 10 days using this service. In order to add tracking there would have been an additional cost of £15.00. And as the card ordered was only a third of this cost. We would be losing money by adding a tracked service.
I am sorry to hear that your card was not received in time for Christmas and I have issued you with a full refund.
I apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience caused.
