Absolute scam!!!! I placed an order in January, it told me it was delivered over a month later, but tracking indicated it was delivered to a zip code that was not even in my area. I contacted customer support for weeks without response. Finally received one at the beginning of March to where they offered a 60% refund. I kept demanding a full refund to which they finally agreed. Said it would take 15-25 working days. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! Bunch of scam artists. Never buy from this site!!!

Never received my order. They "reshipped" it 3 times and still never received the order. BUYER BEWARE and stay away from this company!! It is a major SCAM!!

Too bad there is not an option for no stars.

I placed an order and never received it. When I contacted customer service, I was initially told they would resend the order, but they later reversed that and refused to do so. Instead, they offered a 60% refund. After going back and forth with them, they increased the offer to a 90% refund—but as of a week later, I still have not received any refund.
The responses from customer service were inconsistent and very frustrating, and the situation has still not been resolved. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

If I could give a negative star I would. This is a SCAM!!!! I ordered 2 months ago and followed the tracking the whole time. My order was “delivered” but I never received it. I emailed the customer service and they “investigated “ then said they would resend to order. The 2nd attempt told way less time to reach the delivered status. Fun fact I didn’t receive the 2nd shipment either. The good news is I’m only out less that $30 the bad news is I’m out less than $30.

Ordered January 20th. Tried to cancel my order once I looked into the company and saw multiple reviews saying it’s a scam site. They said they would cancel my order and would refund me. They still “sent” my order and I still haven’t seen my money refunded and supposedly my item is going back and forth between the local post office and being delivered. It’s been a month. Pretty sure I’m out $20 and won’t be getting my money or what I ordered.

I'm usually careful before ordering things online especially through Facebook or TikTok I'm upset at myself that I fell for a scam! I was scrolling TikTok when I seen an advertisement for Wrangler purses for $5 but with shipping it's like 16 something and it says that it'll ship in three to five business days I even thought to myself I've seen these purses in the mall they're not cheap so this is probably too good to be true, and then I thought but what if it's not what if it really is like an overstock sale or something so I decided to take a chance. On January 25th 2026 I placed an order for one purse couple days later I got an email with the tracking number It took a few days for me to see any kind of movement in the tracking well of course it says the shipment was coming from China That's when I told myself okay this is probably not going to be an authentic Wrangler purse It's probably going to be a knockoff but we'll see what the qualities like when it gets here. I went on about my life and after about 2 weeks I checked in on the tracking to see where it was at It said it was in customs I was like okay this can probably take a little while so I gave it a few more days before I checked back It seemed like it was moving very slow slower than anything else I've ever ordered that's came from China. Today is February 16th I decided to check on the tracking again since on February 12th it said it was leaving Los Angeles. When I check for the tracking it usually sends me to a website called track718. This time around the website is no longer up and running In fact it says the domain is up for sale. I go to check lovvowear but it is still up and running. That's when I decided to check on reviews and I wish I would have done that before I ordered. I'm definitely not feeling very confident that I'm going to receive an order. I haven't emailed them yet but from what I've read from other people I don't have a lot of faith, but I'm still going to do it and see what happens. Buyer beware be very very very aware do not order from this company because from the looks of it You will be out money and who knows now who has access to your payment information address phone number email.

I ordered a product January 5th it said it would have 3-5 day shipping, it’s February 8th and it’s saying it delivered February 6th but I haven’t gotten any product. I had a feeling the second I paid it was a scam because it charged my card under a different name than the site and the site shows itself as a wrangler site but it’s under lovvowear for dirt cheap prices. I reached out and they stated they’ll try to reship the item but I have low doubts that will happen. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed and was charged for 2 orders, only received confirmation for one. When I emailed them they told me I only had one order and that I had not been charged twice even through I clearly showed them proof that I was. I waited 8 weeks and still my ordered had no arrived. I emailed them and miraculously the next day it stated delivered but it was nowhere to be found. I emailed them several times after that and they have no responded and now 3 months later they have money for 2 orders but I have no product and I can not reach them for a refund.

I never received my items. They said reshipping order never received it either. Requested refund said they would only give me 70% of what I paid. Waiting to see if that really happens.

they use track718 and seem to be very scammy. when asked for tracking details, they have an automated message that basically just says you need to be patient. the advertise "too good to be true" prices on name brand items. its not worth it as far as I can tell. will update if I ever receive the item.
