After almost 30 years, my wedding ring had become worn and too tight on my finger. A major complexity is that the deign involves 2 concentric rings mounted together, where the narrower ring ‘spins’ around the wider one. For a very modest price, Lowes were able to increase the size of the main ring and marry it with the second, which now fits snugly and yet still spins freely. An excellent repair - I am delighted how this turned out.

The staff were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. My purchase wasn’t rushed and no pressure to buy. Would definitely recommend this jewellers for that special piece of jewellery. I would definitely use again.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were looking for an eternity ring with certain requirements. Lowes made contact with their local supplier & a ring was delivered to the shop. All staff were knowledgeable, polite & friendly. A special shout out to Orla, who went the extra mile.

I needed advice on how to solve the problem of my wedding ring falling off, particularly in this cold weather, - it had been resized several times. They advised that nodules could be put inside the ring to provide additional friction. Brilliant solution.
