I would give zero stars as I am sure this is not a real company. Placed an order and then contacted them regarding an issue but I have never gotten a reply despite my several emails. Also, their phone number is unreachable so not real. AVOID

My order hadnt arrived and they arent…
My order hasn’t arrived and they arent answering any emails- they have basically just taken my money. Also phone number doesnt work- i don’t believe this is a real company- avoid at all costs!!

Poor quality and buyer beware
I bought an oversized cardigan/ jacket at a reasonable price. It took a couple of weeks to arrive. When it did, the sizing was so off I couldn’t squeeze into it. The quality was very poor with material more like a cheap fleece rather than a soft wool and not what I was expecting. I asked to return the garment for a refund. However they would only offer a partial refund and to keep the garment. They stated that it would cost them £50 to return the item to the manufacturer in China! I refused this 5 times as I didn’t want the item and to be fair I did get a response - the same one - to each of my emails. I eventually accepted as I thought I was unlikely to get anything else and £9 was better than nothing. If I’d had a full refund I’d have been ok with that. Won’t be buying from them again.
