Do not fall for the sales pitch. We signed up after explicitly asking the sales representative a direct question, only to find out within hours of subscribing that we were completely mis-sold the platform.

We were promised unlimited export credits during the sales call. The moment I attempted to export CSVs from our shortlist for a couple of active jobs, I hit a hard cap. It turns out even their highest-tier plan restricts you to just 500 exports, a massive limitation that was deliberately omitted when pitching the product.

Even if you are strictly looking for an AI sourcing tool, save your money. There are far better alternatives on the market that deliver genuine automation without hiding behind restrictive caps and misleading claims.

Poor software that barely does more than an excel sheet. They talk and talk about intelligence and AI this and AI that and how much they are doing to "help" and none of it does. It's just an ATS. If that's what you need, then it's good but VERY expensive. It's extortionately expensive. You can use Miro for free and be more effective than Loxo. For sales or BD, do not attempt to use it.

Been a loxo user for over 3 years now and cannot say enough great things. The user interface, the people behind the name, the simplicity, everything has been so smooth and easy working with loxo. In a world of recruiting which can definitely get a little (or a lot) hectic, it's nice to have a software that simplifies it all for you.

Loxo is simply an amazing platform and only equaled the amazing team at Loxo. Instead of most CRMs where you wait days for a response and help. Loxo is around 20 mins and seconds if you is there AI which is very accurate and helpful. It’s an amazing all in one platform and fantastic value for money.

Hands down the best CRM we have ever used.

We are a company of 5/6 recruiters and moved to Loxo from Bullhorn. Best decision we could have made. This is the most intuitive CRM, and it has made us 100x more productive. The Chrome extension is next-level, the AI chatbot is unbelievable, and when you are stuck, the human support team is always available.

The AI Search is pretty good and always improving. The automation throughout the platform and email automation outreach is incredible.

The platform is so integrated! We got rid of Contactout, Woodpecker (email automation) and Calendly. I feel like some recruiters could downgrade to LinkedIn Light due to the AI search. This has saved us so much $$!

Everyone on the team is helpful and easy to work with.

The reporting at Bullhorn was almost non-existant and the reports at loxo are so extensive. SO impressed!

One other cool thing is the candidate reports and job-specific reports. You can share so much information (graph-based reports) with your clients about the search, bringing them under the tent (so to speak), which helps you build trust and close more deals.

There are definitely things to improve, such as small glitches from time-to-time (nothing big) and some nuances in the product, but the product team is always working to make the product better and they actually listen to your feedback.

Loxo has saved us time and money and I wholly recommend the product to any recruiter (single) or recruitment orgnanization.
