As a family we had a very good experience with LPA Now. First phone call to give details was very straight forward. Followed by another call from them to arrange a home visit with my dad at his care home to complete the paper work.. Every step of the process was explained and the whole experience was very relaxed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Job well done
From start to finish I was given all the relevant information needed.
The home visit to my sister was invaluable as she has mobility problems.

At first I wasn’t sure if I could trust LPA now! So I phoned Them three times and talked with them and asked questions… They convinced me through their professional, and friendly way of explaining things to me.
