Delivery needs to improve
Delivery needs to improve. States express delivery online but have still not received my order. I ordered on the 24 April 2023, which is over two weeks ago. This is the second time there has been a delay. This is putting me off from ordering from this company again as delivery is not reliable.

Terrible first experience. Never again!
Bought a pair of trainers listed on their site.
Two days later transaction cancelled and refunded apparently issued.
No reason, no emails until I asked why my order was cancelled.
5 days later still waiting for my refund….

5 stars all round! Amazing customer service. Emails replied to almost immediately, item dispatched and arrived on time.
Hard to put trust in a company for authentic items not purchased from direct from retailer but LS personal shopper exceeded all expectations and I will not hesitate to use again.

Happy customer - excellent customer service
My first time using any shopping service outside of a regular high street or online national store! I will be using LS personal shopper again, the service was swift and efficient, the communication great. The trainers were dispatched swiftly and arrived in good time for my sons birthday

Never got the item
Never got the item, dpd didn’t even try and deliver it and whilst that’s not LS Personal shopper fault, the not answering my emails to try get my money back is !!!
