Worst Experience
We have ordered for 13 Pumps of various specs from Lubi through their authorised Distributor. Order given on 09.12.25. 50% adv was given on 20.12.26. Lead time for all the pumps was 28.01.26. To our shock, Lubi didnt bother to respond at all, in spite of continuous follow-ups through mail and calls, no one responded or no one took the initiative to supply in time. SBU head attended the calls but no action taken. We incurred nearly 10 Lakh loss due to this delay. Finally Pumps delivered only on 20.03.26 after 50 days delay. Lubi never bothered to give any proper response for this huge delay. Never experienced such a worst response. Highlight is that Apac Engineering Lubi distributor has sent a strong mail due to Lubi's unprofessionalistic approach on 03.02.26. Even this 1 star is not worth to Lubi.

After a thorough internal review we would respectfully like to share our findings:
While company did inform all channel partners of potential delays in supply due to our company moving onto SAP ERP platform, which went live from October 2025, we still want to apologise from our end for your inconvenience.
This is not a usual business practice but a six month transition period for the company. We will strive to do better in the future.
