Absolutely terrible experience with Lubluelu.
I ordered a robot vacuum and received an incomplete product with one of the side brushes missing. I sent them clear photos and even their own customer service eventually admitted in writing that they could see the side brush was missing.
You would think that would be the end of it and they would simply arrange a refund. Nope.
I contacted them on 20 August and was told somebody would contact me within 24 hours. Nobody did. I contacted them again on 21 August and was promised AGAIN that somebody would contact me within 24 hours. Nothing.
By 25 August, their own customer service acknowledged that I had already been waiting FIVE DAYS without the promised follow-up — and guess what they told me? Someone would contact me within another 24 hours!
How many “24 hours” does a company need to deal with a product they themselves acknowledge arrived incomplete?
At this point I have had enough. I paid £154.37 for the product and I am now pursuing the matter through my credit card provider under Section 75.
Based on my experience, the customer service is an absolute joke. They keep making promises and then doing nothing. It genuinely feels like they are just trying to delay things until customers give up.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before buying from this company. I certainly won't be buying from them again.

Normalement ce n'est pas grave sauf qu'IL EST IMPOSSIBLE DE TROUVER UNE BATTERIE DE RECHANGE (aspirateur acheté il y a 18 mois) !!!

Aspiratorul SL60D este perfect din punct de vedere calitate / pret. Are momente cand pierde harta si se rearanjeaza, sau uita unde e, dar pentru prețul lui...e ok.
Centrul de asistenta clienți a fost prompt si de ajutor.

Mai visto un venditore così serio e professionale.Ho avuto un problema con 1 ordine effettuato l'anno scorso su amazon e dopo diversi tentativi di soluzione, il venditore ha deciso di rispedirmi in sostituzione il prodotto NUOVO!Sono veramente molto soddisfatta del servizio di assistenza e della sua tempestività nelle risposte.Veramente molto efficiente. Sicuramente li risceglierei per altri acquisti futuri.

I like the machines and I have 3!! Cleans well, nice app when you get the hang of it but the customer service is appaling. Basically there isn’t any.
I would advise buying through Amazon or eBay so that you have some comeback if there is a problem.

Unfortunately my new machine was bought on their website. Now i cant find supplies for it and I keep getting a robot called Ava replying with the wrong information. The robot is useless if I cant get supplies

Gerät während der Garantie defekt. Es wird kein Ersatz geschickt. Ich habe telefonisch und schriftlich mit Fristsetzung und per Einschreibebrief (3 mal) (34 Mails)
zweimal mit "Frau Feiberg" telefoniert. Kein Ersatzgerät erhalten. Wer schaltet einen Anwalt ein für einen Staubsauger von 150,00 €. Da kann man das aussitzen. Das ist wirklich mit Abstand das Mieseste was ich je erlebt habe. VERBRECHER

Ich habe einen Staubsauger gekauft, der bereits nach maximal vier bis fünf Benutzungen innerhalb eines Monats defekt war. Ich habe den Hersteller zwecks Garantie informiert, aber es gab keine angemessene Reaktion von ihm. Ich habe lediglich eine E-Mail mit der Aufforderung erhalten, den Fehler zu beschreiben. Wie soll man es aber noch besser beschreiben, wenn der Staubsauger einfach nicht saugt?

Bought first vacuum and adaptor cable split on 2nd week. Contacted customer service who promised replacement charger. This was 3 months ago. They then said no adaptors so they would send replacment vacuum. Still nothing and i have contacted them on many occasions. They do not uphold warranty clause and are shocking to deal with. Never again.

Do not buy from this company total scam and the things they sell are crap stay away

Vettem egy T8a és egy T9 padlotisztitót, nem értem a sok rossz véleményt, nagyon kedves, segítőkész ügyfélszolgálat, jó minőségű gépek! Nekem 5*!!

Terrible in every way. Faulty robot vacuum; emails went round and round in circles for many months. They are scammers. AVOID!

Well the reviews here say it all don't they - they sell you garbage, then won't accept returns - serves myself right i should have read these before I purchased

I bought a robotic hoover from them and it only worked for 3 to 4 months, then the batteries failed. I contacted customer service and was refused a replacement. I would not rate this product overall as it requires alot of attention to keep it working.

The company ignores you until you go away.

Ordered a vacuum from them and a specific model. They sent me a different model which was broken and damaged and they ignored all communications sent to them via, email, online chat and through the sellers page.

They don't care about you as a customer they just want your money. Bad customer service is one thing but no customer service is just unacceptable.

Feels like these companies should be regulated in the uk as they all breach consumer rights.

Das Unternehmen hält sich nicht an Gewährleistung/Garantie. Äußerste Vorsicht!!!! Erst reagieren sie auf Mails und dann spielen sie den "Toten Mann", einfach keine Reaktion mehr.

Polsterreiniger ist Müll, die angegebene Saugkraft entspricht nicht der Realität. Heizfunktion funktioniert nicht richtig und Tank läuft aus. Der Verkäufer hat mir angeboten mir mein Geld vollständig rückzuerstatten, seit 3 Wochen keine Antwort mehr von ihm. BETRÜGER!!!

I bought the cf-x2101a a few yrs ago reached out when it gave me an error message and stopped working NO RESPONSE! NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! NOTHING. at the time the item was over 250.00 for me to only use it less than 4xs. Now....after yrs of sitting in guess it reset? But the roller doesn't spin so the vacuum doesn't do its job it just holds water in the chamber. what i thought was a GREAT BUY turned out to be the WORST PURCHASE EVER! WHO HAS $ LIKE THAT TO WASTE?
