Professional and knowledgeable legal service
Handling tenants eviction is a minefield experience, there are a lot of finer details that if you have not fulfilled, your legal proceeding would be hindered or worst, costly.
We were introduced to Robyn Camm from Lucid Legal, who is very knowledgeable and professional in all her email communications. The replies were prompt and informative, we felt 100% reassured when Robyn was handling our possession order.
Being a landlord who was trying to evict problematic tenants had been a very stressful experience, we were very pleased with Robyn's valuable information, which we have managed to evict the tenants much quicker than anticipated.
Any landlord who is looking around for legal help to handle difficult tenants, I would recommend Lucid Legal, especially Robyn without hesitation, it's not expensive, the advice and help you get is worth every pennies and more, plus you keep your sanity from the stress dealing with the eviction process.
I know another landlord who has failed with evicting her tenants 4 times, because she thought she knew the rules. I have now referred her to Robyn.

Lucid helped us with a possession case…
Lucid helped us with a repossession case...and you couldn't wish for a more knowledgable, organised and responsive company to aid with the process. Even when the court hearing didn't quite go to plan (due to the judge not knowing the legal requirements for serving notices!) they dealt with it professionally and we were still awarded possession. We worked with Davar Adnan on the case and would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with, what is, a stressful situation.

I received outstanding service from the Lucid Legal team
I received outstanding service from Lucid, and especially from Kris. As a self‑managed landlord, I’ve made a few mistakes along the way, and without making that call to Lucid Legal, I genuinely don’t know how things would have turned out. Yes, the service comes at a cost, and it definitely hit my pocket, but without their support it would have cost me far more in the long run.
Kris was professional, dedicated, and personable throughout, which gave me complete confidence in how the issue was handled. She’s frank, direct, and won’t hesitate to tell you the facts — but it’s always clear she has her client’s best interests at heart. I’m actually going to miss the chats, because it’s rare to find someone who genuinely listens. Hopefully I won’t need legal help again, but if I do, I’ll definitely want Kris on the case.
