Total waste of time ordered items yodel did not follow delivery instructions snd item got stolen Luckstart just ignore me.

I purchased the car Polish (for £15.97 total) that that appears to be everywhere online on 08/03/2026. No confirmation email 😒 fortunately I screen shot the 'order number' as I had a feeling this may be a scam. I tried tracking the order number on their site, guess what.. "UNRECOGNIZED". I have since tried emailing them 4 times to date (19/03/26) with no response. Finally itc arrived today 2 weeks later. Luckstart.co.uk (based in CHINA) will send you the smallest bottle of car wax you've ever seen at quite a price.. & you'll have lost half of it as it was leaking 🥴

You should know with a stupid name like luckstart they're going to be scamming dry eye from China.

The item is just a fake . I bought 5 of the anti frost items. Non worked and no chargers with any of them

DIRTY SCAMMING ANIMALS

Mis-sold Car finish Spray that claimed to contain graphene in the advert. Instead it is just a PTFE like spray containing water and TETRAFLUOROETHYLENE.
Total scam. Asking for refund and if no action then VISA refund will be claimed.

Ordered a set of 3 instant start car cleaners. Only received one. Despite numerous e mails to get matter resolved with their customer service and get the two extra bottles i paid for they have ignored me. Even the one that was received had partially leaked. They originally offered a partial refund but as I needed three for my cars I requested they honor or fully refund me. Sent numerous e mails to their customer service and will now never purchase anything from them again. Seems items sent from China. Feel totally cheated here. I do not like writing negative reviews but feel it is definitely now warranted as tried via e mail to get issue resolved without any success

People beware as this website as it is selling fake unregulated products. They have stolen images and content from Peter Thomas Roth skincare to sell potentially poisonous products in the UK. Do not use as potentially this cream could be toxic for you. The products are sent direct from China which does not undertake any testing in the UK or the EU.

Absolutely shocking service and company to deal with, I would suggest to stay well clear of purchasing anything from them , they take your money and do not deliver the goods , scammers , I've been waiting other a month for my orders , and emailed on numerous occasions and they haven't even got the common decency to respond to emails

I have ordered car polish and received my items, I have to say that what I ordered following Luckstart advertisement and what i received is completely different, this is 100% a scam, 100%

I ordered some car polish on the 19th October 2025 and pain for the items via PayPal. I received an acknowledgement for Luckstart for payment and on the 20th October received an email informing me the items had be dispatched.
I waited for five days and tried tracking the items however the link does not exist and also Norton blocked it as a possible scam company.
I have emailed Luckstart and I have had no response. I am now not expecting to hear anything from them.
I will not accept this. I will be informing YouTube, asking why they support apparent scam companies, and take money to do so. I will inform trading standards, there are various registered addresses for Luckstart in Wales, East London and Slough. Companies house records show the company was dissolved earlier this year, but they are obviously still 'trading' or taking money. I might contact BBC Watchdog.
Are there other customers willing to support my action? the more the merrier. I will come back and perhaps set up a Gmail email just for this.

I ordered 3 exhaust/engine cleaners.
They've only sent me a bill of ordered/receipt, no tracking numbers or any other information.
I've email 'Luckstart' over 3 times, , I got no response.
I fo believe that this company is a shady one who's allowed by the government to scamm customers.
If I don't get my order, I'm taking this issue VIRAL on every social media platforms.

Ripped off, bought the car polish from them, ordered it 45 days ago, no response via email to ask them where my product is. Been ripped off and scammed! Please do not make the same mistake I did! I’m not sure why Clearpay are working with them as well! Really angry and feel cheated

Ordered polish spray in September, emailed twice for tracking number , no response. 1 email bounced back from their mail system. Clearly a con merchant!

Transaction was smooth but consumed little bit more time . Mix response you can try it

Took ages to arrive and it was packaged in a shoddy plastic bag. Not sure needles are that good. A lot of money for what you get.

Luckstar is my go to site for bags. Everything is always so nicely packaged! I've been ordering from them for over a year now and always have been satisfied!
