Had won £100 on a whim, but I got the impression that this site probably only pays out little wins here and there, so decided to withdraw my money and call it a day. Honest to god, It’s less hassle applying for a mortgage than it is applying to get your money out! It took OVER 2 weeks! Countless documents needed to be uploaded, proof of ID, proof of passport, utility bills for proof of address, bank statement for proof of deposit to the website (despite the website being happy to take my deposit with no issues….) but not just any old bank statement, it had to have extras such as the IBAN number, which meant I had to request a document from my bank to supply what they wanted! You upload a document and they just come back asking for a different one, and it’s this cycle over and over.

Honestly you’ll just be wasting your time using this site, go with somewhere legit like bet victor, betMGM, Neptune play, 888 casino etc. don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I think I’ve been done and probably won’t see my money again. Joined last night (I should have checked on here first). Made two deposits of £50 and £100. Managed to get it back to £150. Not a great site, support slow to point they just don't reply, no Best Odds Guaranteed, no live streaming so have your other bookie site ready to watch your horse oh and you get charged a fee for withdrawals of your own money. Bets take over an hour to settle, which is unacceptable for any reputable platform.
5. Payout Resistance

It takes hours for a winning bet to settle , the horse racing odds are really bad compared to other sites, like luckster will be 30/100 when a horse is 4/6 everywhere else, trading standards are aware and hopefully shut this fraudulent site down

Still waiting been told Apple Pay is down wasn’t down when I deposited, so how is that my problem was told this morning to upload a bank statement with my details on to pay by bank transfer still waiting customer service are rude!!! This site really needs closing down, I have made a complaint and if I don’t here back by tomorrow I will be taking it further

This company are utter frauds!

My son set up 2 accounts with them! One in my name and one in my partners !! They allowed him to deposit money into the accounts one was a diffrent name to the account name, and he actually won and they put the money into the acc…

Now he then decided to use my details! I am a member of gamstop! I am disgusted with my child but I spoke to this company and they said I would get a refund if I could prove I was a member of gamstop!

Only me as his dad isn’t a gamstop member so we were not chasing that money as there was no point.

They gave me the run around for 4 months !!

Constantly just saying it was with a certain department and they would be in touch!

I kept having to message them!

Ok the site itself isn't bad, games do pay out, bonus rounds do hit, my only major concern is when you want to withdraw money, after I withdrew £620 it took many checks, photo's of ID photo's of me holding ID literally everything to get paid out, took about 4days but got paid. 2nd withdrawal was for £200 after all the checks you would think this might have been quicker, nope infact it's now been 7days and my withdrawal still says pending, that means it's still not been "approved" yet. Many emails later I just get told the same thing over and over that they will ask the payment team to chase it up...oh and the payment team don't work weekends either. Absolute joke that they take your money straight away and take forever to pay you out. I will never use them again now.

Definitely don't even try this company they're fraudsters they scammed me they didn't pay my money that I deposited via revolut bank which is I got told they not able to pay into revolut account. They do not uphold the terms of the sport free bet welcome offer. They provided me with a casino bonus which was completely separate to the sport bonus and then tried to tell me I couldn’t receive the sport bonus I signed up for. Avoid.

They allowed me to deposit this morning £20 no warnings came up or anything, received no emails to state any kind of ban.

They are cheats. I bet on the Grand National and signed up with their welcome offer to double my money. I won the grand national Maximus today but can't access my winnings of 70.00 because of some wager requirements. It probably would have been ok if I hadn't used the welcome bonus.
