Redeemed $100, two days later it was canceled. I never canceled the redemption & I was told it was a technical error on their end. Was told at first 3-5 business days for redemptions to process (which is already longer than other websites I play on).. Now I’ve been told up to 10 days & the accidental cancellation on their end has me waiting even longer. Total joke, don’t waste your time or money

Tried twice to get my redemption it say in transaction history it was cancelled this casino is bullshit and fake do not I repeat do not buy any coins on this website total loss and waste why does a business get a old with out first going through a test to see what kind of business it will be will they actually pay winnings or is it someone who is only gonna take take take trust me you get more from a vending machine then this piece of shit online casino

They did eventually pay me out. Sorry i am just now editing this review. It took 5 days to get my cashout.

I placed a redemption request three days ago, have heard nothing email keeps telling me to be patient can take up to 10 days. (When you cash out it says 1-2 days. This site is trash. Will update to 3 stars if they pay out.

Finally had a win of roughly $300 - had to verify myself first and once I did I was able to make a redemption. Requested the redemption on a Saturday and its now Wednesday and the redemption is still pending. Talked with customer service late Monday and was told it was waiting for the finance team to approve it. Late Tuesday was told it still hadnt been reviewed. Slowest redemption ever. Not impressed at all

This site says it is NOT real gambling, but you can still spend real money to buy virtual coins. These coins typically cannot be cashed out, so if you lose, your money is gone.

All purchases are final. There are no refunds, even if your account is closed, restricted, or something goes wrong.

The company can suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, and you may lose any remaining balance.

If you dispute charges with your bank, your account may be suspended and the company can claim you owe them money.

You are responsible for all activity on your account, even if it was unauthorized.

You cannot take them to court. Disputes are handled through private arbitration, and you cannot join a class action.

They can change their terms at any time, and continuing to use the site means you accept those changes.

Bottom line:
You are spending real money with very limited protection and no guarantee of getting anything back.

I haven't received my redemption of $100 yet why is it taking so long I didn't have to wait this long for my $200

It's crazy the bad reviews on here. I made my first redemption of 300 on Sunday and received it on Tuesday. Customer service is very fast and reliable and I love how unscripted they sound. I'll be sure to keep playing on this site.

I enjoyed a daily bonus daily for awhile and then it was suddenly taken away. A few days after that, I keep getting "access restricted," with no option to log in. I'm in Indiana!!

Currently still waiting for second redemption. 1st redemption also took a very long time, didnt concern me much as I needed to verify.
2nd redemption, fully verified, taking longer than 1st redemption.
Should have read the reviews here before playing again.

I like this casino I just hate how slow the redemption process is. They did pay me which I put in on the 13th of Feb and received the 24. They don’t respond to emails but constantly send of promotions. Not my fav but they are legit.

redemption speed is slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. They say its because they are new, but how many people are really redeeming daily for it to need 10 full business days? So technically 14 days before you can even ask customer service about it, and even then, they cant do anything and have no influence over the redemption department.

Redeemed $100 February 1. Never received it. Tomorrow will be the 16th. 15 days and more for $100!? Crazy. I will never play this site again. And they send me 5 emails a day to buy more but I can't even get my $100. Do not trust this site.

I bought a package for $20, was up to almost $500 and like any time I play slots I was on my way to giving it all right back when I decided to actually redeem for $186... I was so proud of myself. I was verified within minutes and entered my card info for the redemption and then they kicked me out of their site, suspended my account and said to contact their support which is a joke because they have no email address or number. All they have is live chat option/link which doesn't work. They may have a live chat option once logged in but they won't allow me to login. So you pay them, win, and they suspend your account when you request a redemption. Nice racket they have going, DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

Also, on their webpage they have a banner that states they are rated 4.9⭐️ on Trustpilot which is clearly a lie since they are less than 1/2 of that at 2.1⭐️... while I know that isn't ethical at all, is that even legal? Trustpilot, you should reach out to them about this seeing as how many people (including myself) put trust in your reputation and they are walking all over that by presenting false info with your stamp of approval.

Still waiting on my redemption they say 1-2 days than 3-5 days now up till 10 days it has been 5 days.I have never had a issue like this before with any other casino. THANK YOU still waiting
