For almost two years, The Lucky Cat Hotel have been looking after my cat, Mia, whenever I go away. Anjalee is so kind and caring and it’s clear to see how much she adores cats. I always get photo and video updates and I can see how much Mia loves her time there, she never wants to com home with me when it’s time to leave! I would recommend The Lucky Cat Hotel to everyone who’d like to make sure their kitty is in the best hands 😻😻

I couldn’t recommend more! The care given to the cats is top tier, including play, lots of cuddles and more.

As we all do, I struggle being away from my cat. The updates of his holidays at The Lucky Cat Hotel are so reassuring and allow proper relaxation when away, as I know he is in the best hands he can be.

You can see they really love the cats and care for them as you would want them to.

The actual suites are really spacious and include all the essentials as well as lots of fun toys, scratchers and hiding spots for the cats to feel comfortable in.

My Yuna had been looked after very well, could see her happy via pictures/video sent to me. I would surely come back whenever I need.

Lucky Cat was fantastic. I housed my Melon there for 10 days, at late notice, because my kitten became very unwell and they needed to be separated. I contacted Lucky Cat and (luckily) they had room for him.
Anjalee, the owner, was very kind and welcoming. She had everything ready for Melon’s arrival and during his stay, she spent lots of time interacting and playing with him. He became comfortable with her and started asking for affection. She allowed him to explore (when there were no other cats there), which he enjoyed as he likes to know and see everything. She put a lot of effort into ensuring he was stimulated, and to be honest, I don’t think he wanted to come home!

The space itself was fantastic. It was very clean and I had no concerns about hygiene/cleanliness/the environment he was in. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful, and Melly was able to look out the window at the birds, which he likes and can’t do at home as birds are impossible to see where I live.

He had his own two-room suite - a bedroom and a play area. It was quite large and well equipped with a bed, a cat tree, two platforms, two stair towers, toys, and then his food and water bowls, which was separate from his litter. Although I took toys, which she used to play with him, he would have been fine had I not taken any.

She kept me updated twice daily, with lots of photos and videos, and told me about his appetite, and adjusted how much food she gave him according to what he ate.

She was also extremely kind and kept him on for an extra week after my initial booking expired, when it transpired that he and my Rafiki would need to be separated for longer, due to the seriousness of Fiki’s condition. She told me she’d keep Melly as long as he needed to stay, and was attuned to the fact that moving him around would be stressful and confusing for him.

Overall, I have a very happy cat who had a positive experience. I have no hesitation in leaving both of my cats there in the future and recommending it to others.

This cat hotel was such a wonderful discovery. From the moment you walk in, you can immediately feel the calm atmosphere and the warm welcome your cat receives.

Garfield stayed for almost three weeks and he was absolutely fine — I could see how happy and relaxed he was from the daily updates they sent me, which really gave me peace of mind.

I’ve already rebooked his next stay! Professional, caring and truly reliable. I highly recommend them.

Truly provided a beautiful experience for Bebop - the cosy bed next to the radiator was just what the older cat needs! He was very well taken care of, and we really appreciated being sent a video showing us how he was doing. The rooms are large, with lots of different areas for cats to explore, a lovely home from home for them. We would feel very happy and confident for him to stay here again. Thank you.

My cat stayed here for four days and was very well looked after. Lots of thought and care has been put into the design of the cattery building to provide a calm environment, and the owners are gentle and attentive in their care for the cats.
