Poor returns policy , the “linen” trousers I bought were anything but !! Offered a 10% refund and to keep the trousers or a 20% voucher off my next purchase , as if that’s going to happen!! Or return for a full refund but pay £25-£30 for overseas shipping , guess they’re not in London then . Very , very disappointed.

I have bought beds from Lucy Willow for both of my children and their matresses to match and I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. The quality is excellent and the kids mattresses are more comofortable than ours. Service is excellent and I love that they are made in UK so are supporting a UK business too!

I bought the Florence bed with trundle, side table, chest of draws and beauty table and stool. My daughter was over the moon with her new bedroom set. We then moved to New Zealand and took the furniture with us. Our removal company damaged a butterfly on the bed. When I contacted Lucy willow they not only sent a replacement butterfly but extras and the glue free of charge. A really really wonderful company and with such beautiful furniture. Will order again.

Very helpful sales guidance. Delivered on time BUT a pack of slats for one bed was left behind so a good first impression on moving house was missed. Assembly was well and quickly done. Subsequently the pack was quickly delivered and easy to assemble. Quality of everything was good and reliable with a pleasing design.

I have bought two bedroom sets for my daughter and my son including beds, chest of drawers, book shelves and a dressing table for my daughter. The whole process was impeccable. A gentleman called Jason has been hands on the whole time. He was very quick in responding to my emails and extremely professional and accommodating. The furniture was delivered last Friday and the delivery was again of very high standard. And everything was perfect. We now have 2 happy parents and 2 very happy children. I wholeheartedly recommend Lucy Willow to anybody who is looking for up market furniture.

I ordered two Sammy truckle beds for my son and daughter from Little Lucy Willows and the beds have just arrived and are gorgeous! I dealt with Jason who was super helpful throughout the process and as I changed the material of the headboard kept me updated on timings well. Lovely people and a lovely product!

Excellent quality and delivery men were super friendly and set the room up perfectly. Customer service very good.

We've previously purchased furniture from Lucy Willow for our 1st child and ordered a complete bedroom set which we were very happy with! As she's now older we ordered the French style Tilly range at an even higher premium and the quality is absolutely terrible.

On delivery day none of the goods had been pre-inspected so the bed was damaged, side drawers were faulty, pieces missing from the dressing table and now 3 weeks after delivery the mirror is also damaged!

I appreciate it mades in Indonesia! but I'm paying top uk £ price for these goods so expect the same in quality and value.

No additional discount has been offered or any compensation for the fact my daughters got a damaged bed and an unusable bedroom at the moment! This will be my last purchase with Lucy willow as we have spent thousands to date and its really gone down the pan!
