We have had a horrible experience with a well known high street bed store over the past 12 months. We purchased three mattresses in total. The first was a soft which completely gave out after the 40 night guarantee. We then tried the medium the same happened again then we purchased the firm, which was horrendously uncomfortable. After months of dreading bedtime because of not sleeping well and developing back and hip issues we visited Costco, Laura was so helpful, explained all of the options available without being pushy. We were already Luff pillow users but didn’t realise Luff did mattresses. We purchased the Luff king size medium mattress. We are now three weeks in and I’ve had the most amazing sleep. My backaches and hip pains have vanished. I now look forward to bedtime, it’s nice to actually wake up feeling refreshed and rested. I would now only ever buy a Luff mattress and it’s great knowing we have that peace of mind of the 200 night sleep guarantee. Thanks again Laura and the team at Luff.

We recently purchased a Luff mattress from Costco and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Delivery was prompt, right on time, and the mattress arrived very well packaged.
It came shrink-wrapped and rolled, which really surprised me, but once opened it expanded quickly and took its full shape in no time.

We went for the firm option and absolutely love it. It’s extremely comfortable, offers great support, has no roll-together, keeps its shape brilliantly, and has genuinely transformed our sleep.

We also bought the Luff Bamboo Honeycomb pillows, and they’re fantastic. They’re incredibly comfortable and we really like that they have both a cool side and a warm side — perfect for switching through the night depending on how you feel.

Overall, outstanding quality and great value. We’re sleeping better than ever! Highly recommended.

Laura recommended the honeycomb pillow and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made!
It’s perfect for night sweats and it feels so lush. Also the silk pillowcases are a must if you’re buying a good quality pillow.

I am very fussy about the pillows I use due to comfort issues, but I am pleased to report we bought two fabulous honecomb pillows.
They are surperb.
Really very very good.
They dont go flat but keep their comfortable shape.

We were due this week to revisit Laura, in store, to place an order for a mattress, but a personal injury has prevented us from doing so.

I bought a pillow last year, and I've had really good night's sleep ever since. I'm a side sleeper, and normal pillows made me wake up with a stiff neck every morning. I also purchased the pillow cases. The cases are soft, cool, helping to give a good nights sleep. My hair seems so much softer and silkier than it usually was. I've just purchased another pair of the pillowcases. Thank you Luff.

I was struggling to sleep and waking up with real pain in my neck a shoulder. Was doing exercises and putting cream on. Nothing was working. Until I spoke to a representative of . They had a promotion stand in my local Costco. After a chat they suggested a few choices of pillows. Plus I could try it and return it if it was unsuccessful.
I can say that I noticed a difference after the first night by the third and forth night , I was sleeping longer and waking up with less aches and pains.
My shoulder and neck are fine now and I’m enjoy a more restful sleep.
I 100% feel it’s down to the this pillow as I can feel its support . I genuinely feel more comfortable and I’m now going to invest in one of the Luffsleep mattress.

We actually didn’t end up keeping the mattress from Luff, we couldn’t find the right one for us. However, we have found the customer service to be excellent! Extremely helpful on the phone, spoke to a human in England. Kerry was fantastic! The delivery team were great, quick and kept us informed of delivery dates and times.
When we did need a refund (bought through Costco) Luff were happy to help and quickly refunded with no fuss. Thank you Luff

The best bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases I have EVER used. I bought my first set 4 years ago and whenever laundry day came I dreaded using any other bedsheets because honestly nothing comes close to how soft and cool the sheets feel. So of course we bought our second and third set to alternate!

I highly recommend Luff. Top quality and so comfortable. I’ll never buy anything else!

Bought a king size duvet set. Extra pillowcases and a fitted sheet. Best we’ve ever had. Then I ordered online via Costco a set in light gray. Again fantastic but I couldn’t find a matching fitted sheet.
Had a woman, Kerry, phone me from Luff just to see how I was liking them. Told her about the fitted sheet. She’s going to source one for me.
That’s a company that does care. Well done.

I’ve been a loyal Luff customer since 2022 after discovering them at Costco. I bought fitted sheets and duvet sets for the whole family. I wash them every two weeks and they still look and feel new. I run warm at night and these are the only sheets that keep me cool while staying incredibly soft. My nephew struggles with severe eczema, is quite sensitive to certain materials, and also runs warm at night—these are the only sheets that keep him comfortable and cool.

I purchased the Luff mattress from Costco in mid-March, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed ever since. The quality is outstanding — it’s incredibly comfortable, supportive, and has made a noticeable difference in my sleep. From unboxing to settling in, the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.

I also want to highlight how responsive and professional the support team has been. Even when I reached out about a recent price change, they were courteous and helpful. It’s rare to find such great customer care these days.

I had accidentally ordered a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet, spoke with the fabulous Evan, he immediately posted me a fitted sheet out and sent me a returns label for the flat sheet. What a service!! I must say, I am delighted with the excellent silky smooth quality of both the sheet and the pillowcases I ordered! My head (and body) are no longer ''uncomfortably hot'' in the night. I will be returning for more. Thanks Luff and lovely Evan xx

Such a wonderful company! They were super helpful at helping me to decide which mattress to buy. Having a bespoke one made was relatively quick (2.5 weeks) and oh my the comfort is so good!

I've been waking up more refreshed in the morning and I'm confident that's beceause I'm breathing better at night.

I recently purchased a Luff Prestige pillow from Costco and it’s the best purchase I’ve made this year. I’ve always struggled with pillows and didn’t realise that you could get adjustable ones. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get it perfect and there was a bit of cleaning up afterwards but now I wouldn’t be without it. Thank you Luff. A it’s a great product.
