Coole designs, snelle levering

I recently had an issue with a zip-up sweater I purchased, as the zipper broke after limited use. I reached out to Lukamachain, and I was really impressed with their customer service.

Although the item was out of stock, Driss handled the situation perfectly. He was transparent, professional, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue with a gift card and some extra credit for the inconvenience. It’s rare to find such honest and helpful support these days. A big shoutout to Driss for his help.

Tried to make a return for item that sent my size and have got no reply

I’m from italy and the standard shipping was pretty quick, like 9-10 days. I bought the pink polo and it’s fire, the quality is way better then I originally thought. I also had struggle with my local carrier and contacted via their insta page, they are very kind and helpful. Love

It was quick and easy. But the shirt is very thin and see through. Dope shirt though

Ik heb nog nooit maar dan ook echt nooit zo’n goede klantenservice gezien.

Very good experience with Lukamachain !
We ordered tracksuit and the shipping was extremely fast. Unfortunately, the parcel got stuck with Bpost due to their strike, wich was completely out of the store's control.
Despite this, the customer service was outstanding. I would like to thank Driss, who was very professional, responsive and genuinely friendly. He followed up carefully on the situation and did everything he could to help us. I highly recommend Lukamachain !

The website glitched and I accidentally bought the wrong size but it was fixed in under 10 minutes. S/O to Dress for getting me right.

Ottimo store online e felpa di ottima qualità. Peccato che la L che ho preso fosse piccola e quindi ho fatto il reso chiedendo il cambio con XL. Sistema per il reso semplice, spese per il ritorno a mio carico, ma ci può stare. Sono in attesa di ricevere la taglia giusta 👍
