Lukamachain est une très bonne marque avec un service client au top, ils répondent dans les 24h, les articles sont de très bonne qualité pour ma part avec des bonnes coutures. Le petit bémol si je devais en donner 1 ce serait le temps d'expédition qui n'est pas tout le temps respecté.

Guys, I ordered a hoodie from the brand and the quality was very good. Also, their style is very different from all other clothing brands. I have my eye on the new puffer jacket that is becoming sleeveless and I will definitely buy it when it comes out. Last and best is how quickly the product came to me. It arrived within 4 days which is very fast.

I've been following the Lukamachain brand for a while now. I've bought 2 pairs of jeans, a full zip hoodie, a football jersey and a summer set (shorts + t-shirt). Their quality is amazing for a more than reasonable price. The things I ordered were all delivered in less than a week. If you have questions you can always send them something at their instagram @lukamachain. They are really customer friendly and respond very quickly. Scam- sent a refund months ago and recieved nothing back

Rücksendungen gehen auf Kosten des Käufers und müssen nach Belgien geschickt werden. Auf der Website wird jedoch damit geworben, dass man einen Retouraufkleber vom Anbieter erhält. Eine Rückerstattung des Geldes erfolgt angeblich innerhalb von zwei Wochen. Stattdessen erhält man bei der Anmeldung einer Rücksendung den Hinweis, man solle versuchen, den Artikel auf anderen Internetseiten zu verkaufen. Das bedeutet, dass ich deren Job übernehmen soll. Dies ist absolut nicht kundenfreundlich und für mich definitiv das letzte Mal. Völlig unseriös.
