I honestly don't know what's up with all these bad reviews (although it looks like they're mostly about the wigs - I've never bought a wig from liluhair so I don't know how good or bad those are).

I went to beauty school back in 2010 when I was 19 years old, and someone told me about liluhair (they've been around forever). I started buying clip in remy hair extensions from them because I couldn't afford anything else back then.

Honestly, the quality is fire. The price is literally unbeatable. If you want to buy similar extensions on Amazon you'll be looking at $150 at *least*, which I know because I've had to do it when I didn't have time to wait for shipping.

Buy the real human hair- I can't speak to the quality of their synthetic. But the real stuff is good, and the price is right. When you buy, just like with any other extensions or wig, you have to look at the total grams AND the length!! If you're getting extensions, one set of extensions might not be enough - you might need two sets for full coverage, especially if you're buying long extensions. 100g of 24" extensions will not cover your whole head. That is NORMAL and is not exclusive to liluhair lol. Even if you need two sets, 50-70 bucks for a whole head of human hair extensions is a STEAL. You have to do your research and make sure you know what you need before you go placing orders from halfway across the world that won't be easy to return (if you're not based in Asia anyway).

I haven't purchased from them in a couple years because I mostly stopped wearing extensions, but I've got a wedding coming up and figured I'd see if they're still in business, and here they are! So I'm dropping by to leave a nice review. They always did me right.

tldr; If you do your homework about what you need, buy real human hair, and pay attention to the product description, I can't imagine not being happy with your purchase. I've been a fan for 15 years.

here I am resubmitting my review on LULU HAIR company first the Customer Service is horrible they take forever to contact you, let me elaborate it took me “18 emails” for someone to finally get back to me. This is unprofessional and unacceptable but you have no problem taking the money first and delivering defective hair for the second time.
This speaks volumes along with ongoing issues from other consumers which are not a positive experience.

The first set of hair they sent me was all creased you couldn’t do anything to flatten it out so they sent me a second replacement. Omg you cannot make it tighter there’s no directions it’s very vague obviously defective for the second time .now they’re saying oh we’re updating our website well that’s been a long time . I personally would avoid this company I would not recommend anyone to waste their time/money. now I’m $100 as far as I’m concerned with all of the bad reviews on this company I’m surprised people don’t start forming a class action lawsuit because this is a horrible they take peoples money and take forever to get back to the customer which you shouldn’t have send (18 EMAILS) obviously this is a huge red flag and they’re Delivery is false advertisement at least for myself it took forever to get the hair.

they kept telling me oh just track your hair through here and when you do it doesn’t show anything no no no Bad Company

I purchased 3 wigs and received the most hideous 3 wigs that appeared to be costume wigs or prop wigs. I spent money to return the wigs and still they want to give me 14$ (US)... this is a totally unacceptable and I’m not just going to give them my hard earned money... I reported them to the Attorney General in my state.... THIS IS NOT OVER!!

DO NOT purchase anything from this company, I purchased 4 wigs at one time and none of the Wigs look like the pictures on the website and when I reached out they tell me that they updated there wigs and that is what they sent me, which looks nothing like what I ordered. Nor are they willing to refund my money telling me to give them to my neighbors as gifts and that they are going to only credit my credit card seven dollars. There wigs look like rats have been chewing on them. DO NOT throw your money away, which is what you will be doing if you buy from this company or Their subsidiary CHARLIEWIG. Be careful.

Luluhair had an unbelievable SALE, I bought 2wigs from them,I received my order after 5months (I had given up and forgotten about it) none was what I ordered. They don’t reply to emails,it’s impossible to get through to them.DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT! Order from them.

I ordered 2 black lace front human wigs and I received 2 cheap synthetic blonde wigs no one return my emails and there’s no way to contact anyone these people are frauds do not waste your money

The wig was not lace or human hair, very cheap and bad quality wig. I paid for express shipping but the wig took 3 weeks to arrive! The packaging was a plastic bag and the wig was balled up in the bag!!! I requested a full refund. I’ll never order from this place again.

TERRIBLE, I ordered a wig from here, waited 17 days for it and when it finally did show up, it was the wrong colour, wrong length, not thick enough, no lace, just over all extremely bad😡🙄.
Wasted my time and money and will NEVER purchase another item from this website again!

This other wig was not enclosed.
