This company agreed to refund my purchase as the goods were not as advertised
The goods were returned to their UK returns address and a proof of delivery was given.
Since that time 8 October 2025, the company Lumberix.com based in Spain have stopped communicating with me.
Do not purchase any goods from this company.

I order a pole & chainsaw back in October 10,2025 and still haven’t received mine. They took my money and I haven’t received anything. I would like my money back or the merchandise I ordered.

I had a fantastic experience with Lumerix. Their team was professional, responsive, and delivered exactly what was promised. The project was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Lumerix for their expertise and customer service.

my request to return the incorrect product that was delivered to me. I had enclosed the receipt and a detailed explanation of why I am requesting this return.

Using the return address printed on the package Lumberix provided, I attempted to return the item at my own expense. However, the package was returned to me, as the address on the label is not a valid or deliverable address.

To date, I have received no response to my repeated attempts to contact the company—both through email and through the contact form on the Lumberix website. At this point, it appears there is no functioning customer service or return process in place. If I continue to receive no response, my next step will be to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as it appears consumers are being placed at a disadvantage by the absence of a working return policy.

I have not received my order I placed with Lumberix in September it’s November now. I believe I have been screwed and taken $117.50 .
I will never do business again Lumberix.
It’s a scam!

I ordered a long reach chainsaw from Lumberix on the 22nd of October through the Shop app it says 3 to 5 working day's for delivery in th UK I still have not received my item and it still saying that my item is being prepared for shipment please don't be fooled as I have been at a £79.99 loss to myself if someone seems to good to be true it normally isn't so shop with care regards John. Well after reading the comments try to get in touch with them there not even on the shop APP anymore they are probably as the wife would say on a beach with there jetski.

I ordered off lumberix and they said they would send me a refund after about five times sending emails they said they have refunded my £79.70 and I will after go to my bank and ask them to release the funds to my account the bank said they don't know what their on about and they will let their fraud team know and see can anything be done about this company

I ordered from Lumberix on 15th September, They said withthe influx of orders they were late getting it to me
They said as soon as we get you a tracking we will give it to you, so I waited again, still haven't heard from them. Today, I emailed them again, no reply

bad service really, 5 week wait thinking it was a scam, but it did eventually come, without spare chain and battery, the pro kit, which i paid for, but i must say on using the tool i was quite surprised at the efficiency of the saw, its honestly lived up to the videos on show, would love my proper kit though, chris. 2 star service 5 star for the tool.

1 star because i couldn't put no stars - customer service shocking , no response - orered on the 8th september and a month later no response and no saw - i want my money back

scam! cutter is rubbish, when asked them for return and refund there is no reply.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Regret I ever bought anything from this bunch. Shipped without all the pards and can't get them to send what was left out.

I ordered on September 15th and received it by the 19th. Great experience overall. If you contact them by email, they solve any issues quickly
