DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a cooling blanket for my dog, money taken and no order confirmation received. I have contacted the 'worry free after sales team' multiple occasions only to receive a general we can't find your order please provide my order number. Well guess what, if you read my email, you will see I haven't received an order confirmation. Absolute joke. Just another scammer who take your money and run. Absolutely disgrace and these people need reporting.

I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago

I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago. I have not received any information about my order but the money has been taken from my account. Now reading the reviews on here I fear I won’t receive the goods or my money back.

I ordered a cool bed for my dog on…

I ordered a cool bed for my dog on Sunday and wanted to track the order but as yet have not received a confirmation email for my order though the money has gone from my bank account. I viewed so many of these products on social media before settling on this one but without anything in writing regarding the purchase I had to resort to my bank account to see who the money was paid to. I then found the service@lumerosy on a Trustpilot comment and sent an email 24 hours ago requesting confirmation of my order but no reply as yet. So frustrating.

I received my fan light absolutely…

I received my fan light absolutely rubbish no adapter with it, ignoring my emails it’s not fit for purpose . Do NOT waste your money on this Lumerosy

Already in the flower bed

Already set by the path. What sold me was the rim shaping, each petal edge feels smooth instead of sharp like the thin store ones. The red glaze is a bit louder in full sun, but the metal stake sits straight and doesn't wobble.
