Very efficient, easy to order and lovely selection of products

I ordered a Waldorf doll for my great grandaughter.
I have not had a confirmation email. I have emailed them
they said someone would contact me. No one as.
So I have no idea when it’s coming.
Can’t review the doll because I have not had it.
The money has gone out of my account.
They tell you to track with shop. Sends a code then say it’s wrong when it’s put in. Very frustrating.
