I have emailed them on numerous occasions. I wanted to try the service, I was billed a whopping amount, but no one ever contacted me. Over the last month, I've emailed at least 5 times. I can dispute it with my credit card company, but what a PITA that will be!

Got charged 59.99 for a service I never asked to be billed for. Paid for a article access and then got charged an outrageous amount for it with no clarity on why. When I inquired about it, the company failed to reach out or let me dispute my transaction they auto debited from my account. I want my refund!!!

This is a scam
I have not been able to log in via the website and when I try to reset password the site tells me something is wrong and never sends the reset email. The app is also not available for my device type.
I feel that this is a scam especially because it is not published anywhere that you would be taking $64.99 from my account. And without communicating with me at all. No one has reached out via email, nor SMS since I signed up for the service.

This is a scam company. They charged .99, which I agreed to, and then a few days later, charged me $49.99 for absolutely no reason. I didn’t agree to the charge and they sent a BS response saying they cannot refund my money.

This company charges .99 for a fashion quiz, provided nothing in return then recurrently charges your card every month for 24.99!! Such a scam! Getting nowhere with customer service.
