1 Star – Misleading Product Description – Not What Was Advertised

I purchased two 24-Day Mini Christmas Brick Ornament Advent Calendars, advertised as miniature building-brick kits where you assemble a different Christmas ornament each day.

What arrived was completely different: preassembled, one-piece rubber ornaments with no building bricks and nothing to assemble.

When I contacted customer service requesting a refund, I was offered a 50% discount to keep the incorrectly described products. Alternatively, I was told I must pay international return shipping to China, plus a $2.99 handling fee, to obtain a full refund.

This is not a change-of-mind return. The products are fundamentally different from what was advertised.

Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would caution other buyers to check carefully before purchasing.

This store is a scam; do not send money for items, as they never arrive. I received notifications that orders were received and items dispatched, but no items arrived. When questioned, I was told the items had been delivered, yet they were unable to supply courier details or a date of delivery.

BEWARE. Advent calendar with mini bricks to build ornaments is a TOTAL SCAM and absolutely NOT as advertised. Calendars were filled with pre-built, rubber ornaments that cannot be taken apart and are only ~1 inch tall. VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE. False advertisement with NO recourse available. Also, their reviews online are false - not real customers.

Fraudulent. Send cheap copy of items ordered. Not as per photod

I ordered your product on sept 4 and still have not received my package, or any new updates. I am very unhappy and wish to get a refund.

Placed an order with this company. They are a FRAUD. They were running this 'special' for a 'miracle cleaning product' buy one get 2 packs free. I NEVER got my items, paid almost $40. Contact customer service only to be told 'there was no account associated with my email' which is a LIE. I've had the same email since 199u! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT BOGUS COMPANY!!!
