We are customers of Lumina and we have bought material from them for our customer
We have fitted it only to see after wiping down with a soft wet (water) cloth that it dries in patches..
we’ve tried getting in touch with Lumina by Email (because the contact number for them is in Germany)
There is an office where lumina work from in the UK but no telephone number ?? I find strange
So you can wait for replies on Email for days (taking into account our Customer is constantly ringing to find out what is going on )
The other suppliers we use would have sorted this out immediately but unfortunately
LUMINA are dragging there heals
So customer service by telephone is none existent
And by Email it’s dreadful

Avoid and use a different company

From requesting a quartz sample directly from Lumina to having the job quoted by my local fabricator and fitted, the entire experience was simple and seamless, with excellent service throughout.
