Cannot recommend this company. I bought a dash cam.
When it arrived it wasn’t what I ordered. I arranged to return it. But after returning it , company are refusing to refund me. Beware. Mr D Smith

Bought a dashcam. The instructions are complete gobbledegook! It “appears" to work when you install it but you can’t do anything with it - it’s just a picture playing on a small screen - I doubt it’s even recording because there’s no way to access any “footage”. None of the buttons on the thing do anything at all. Total SCAM! Do not buy from this company.

The dash cam arrived in mid January.
It’s shipped from China.
The instructions aren’t very good.
Anyway the main menu button stopped working after 6 weeks.
Contacted them by email.
Told it was out of warranty

My partner bought 2 rechargeable dashcams, they last about 10 mins without power. When in car on charger they don't record and only one camera actually works. Absolute waste of money. DO NO BUY

Cheap poor quality dashcam.
Returned as faulty, had to chase to get refund.
So far they refuse to reimburse for return postage costs.
Avoid any dealings with them.

I bought 2 dashcams supposed to be able to charge them and use it without it being plugged in but they haven't been working unless plugged in so it doesn't do what it says it should.

This is a scam fraudulent site. They hide behind a company based in Nederland but products come from and operates from China. There products are fake and when you try return thats the end of your money. AVOID

As with other purchasers Luminqo is a scam. Their website should be taken down. I have no way to get refunded

I ordered a dash cam orderd 2 by mistake, they said they would sort postage and patment, I got the delivery several weeks later and they sent me 3, to me it was not what I wanted and they said I would have to pay Postage.
I asked why do I have to pay postage for the 2 extra they sent they said they would sort it with management and again have not hear from them, I have threatened to go to trading standards and they ignored the 3 eamils re this, this company customer service is absolutely appaling, do not ise them it appears another Facebook advert selling things is yet anothher scam.

Parcel never arrived, been delivered somewhere else and company said its my problem now. Not sure is it was dispatched at all. Avoid purchases from this vo.pany

I ordered a dashcam thinking it was wire free at the weekend, realised it wasn't and messaged to cancel the order. Was refunded in about 15 mins

Scam. Product never received. No customer support. Do not trust this vendor. Zero stars.

Took my money, never sent the item. 4 months later, still don’t have it. Scam company. Not happy

I ordered an expensive product back in December & never received it. I have emailed their "customer support " several times with no response or help. I can't even find a legitimate website for them!! 😠 This company is a scam & fraud.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Ordered from them the beginning of January, I never received my item. Tried contacting them for a refund, no response. Scammers, do not purchase from them. They are overseas stealing American money.

This has been the worst experience I think I have ever had with any company. I spent a significant amount of money and the item arrived broken. I tried to contact their customer service department back in December and they were nice in the one email I received - asked me to send pictures and it’d get resolved. Needless to say, now (three months after starting this fiasco) there has been no response; no customer service; no working device received; no effort on their behalf to help with anything; no respect for their customers; essentially stealing peoples money… I could go on and on. I would absolutely never - I repeat, absolutely never, recommend this company to anyone. There are other much more reputable and absolutely more trustworthy companies out there where you can get the same items from. Please go anywhere but here!

I ordered $200 worth or products on January 3rd and have not received any tracking information and they will not answers any of my emails.

I don’t know if this company is real? They charged me for my product that I ordered on 1/17/2025 and still have not received an order update or when my product will ship. They will not respond to my emails or to PayPal inquiry. I am rating a 1 for customer service, can’t rate the product without giving it a try! Very frustrating and disappointing.

Do not buy this product! Yes, it works but if you need any kind of replacement or refund...FORGET IT !
Mine broke after accidentally getting water on it in the bathroom. There is NO customer service phone number, only a direct message through their website. The small print says to contact them if you want a refund or any other issues. I have reached out to them THREE times...and NOTHING. I paid close to $100 and have learned my lesson about buying electronics online.
