Fantastic customer service. They replied immediately to my enquiries about delivery - a rarity these days ! And the light arrived in time for Christmas and is perfect

I bought a light from Luminorth, and the money was taken from my account. But I had an issue with not getting confirmation of sale and a delivery date, which I was adamant was their fault. But they handled my query with patience, and genuine concern and went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem which...ended up being my cockup not theirs. The light was delivered no problem. Have to hand it to them, they were great and I thoroughly recommend them

Well, whoever delivered my original package, did so to the wrong house (we don't have a red front door...)
When all my other ordered goods arrived and the lights here hadn't, I got in touch.
These guys exceeded my expectations, not only did they apologise profusely, they actually rectified the issue immediately, with constant daily updates and tracking info for a new parcel.
This arrived quickly and with no issues.
I honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough, customer service was amazing throughout.
And as soon as an issue cropped up, they sorted it at no additional expense to myself, which is always a winner!

Bought a Luminorth cube and really pleased with it's soothing colours. Only problem was a hearing a slight whine which I would have put up with but on telling Luminorth they insisted on sending me a replacement free of charge. Great aftersales service.

Really cheap quality for the price you pay and you can get it a lot cheaper in other places, wish I had looked elsewhere instead of buying this one

The Luminorth cube is a great product. Creates a lovely ambiance in any room to whatever colour vibe you’re feeling. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, too.

There was a slight mix up in communication due to a glitch in Royal Mail's system so I had to contact Luminorth for assistance- they were very helpful and friendly and very quick to get back to me. My light cube arrived shortly thereafter and I am delighted with it. It is so beautiful and calming. I ordered it for myself after ordering two, one for each of my children. Definitely recommend!

Even though the lamp was late arriving because the delivery man couldn't find us, this was sorted very quickly and the communication was good. The Lamp is a Christmas present, but looks good!

I’m very pleased with my cube. It’s simple and effective and creates a lovely ambiance when it on. Great for chilling out in my living room on a cold winter night

I would rate Luminorth 5 stars but sadly the cube arrived completely broken from damage on route. However, the customer service to replace it was excellent and cannot be faulted. They were super polite, helpful and empathetic to my issue and resolved it quickly. The cube has arrived as a gift for my daughter and I know she will be thrilled with it, her dad and I tried it out and it's just lovely.

Great until the motor burnt out 3 months in.
They seem to have disappeared off socials as well, suggests a common theme.

Dodgy over priced goods

Very cute little cube with a cute little remote controller that I still haven't tried out all the different options for light show that it offers. Love it. Does make a lovely lighting effect across the walls and ceilings and I've yet to work out the best place to put it yet but would be great in bedroom at night and even the home office if you have to do some focused work in a wacky creative environment.

Recieved the cube on time, but alas was broken I guess in transit. Contacted Luminorth to find extremely helpful customer services, I sent a video of the broken cube, a prompt reply was sent along with a replacement cube, which arrived intact. I would use this company again, and a big thankyou to all of the customer service team 😁👏👍

Apart from a little hiccup with the tracking number, I was really pleased with the luminorth cube. Base was wooden, not plastic. Strength of the light when switched on was very good.
Has ordered a light from amazon but extremely disappointed with quality. This was slightly more expensive but worth it

Don't trust this company.
When you buy something from them (a lamp in my case) not only are they purposefully selling you the exact same product you can get at a much cheaper price (just packaged in their branded box and selling it as though its their lamp), but their return process is terrible.

You have to email to request to return your product. They will email you back but that won't likely show up in your inbox. You've to hunt for the email. That email then directs you to, I kid you not, a form to fill in to officially "request a refund". With that form you've to know the date you purchased the item AND you've to take a photo of the product and upload it for their consideration. All of this is just nonsense and meant to put you off from returning. They state that if you do not go through the process and just send the product back then they will categorically NOT refund you.

Be warned about this company. Always check before you buy any of their products that they aren't the same ones from Temu (which they are). You'll also be able to find the products on Amazon too. This isn't a good company.

The contact throughout from the company has been great. They even followed up to check everything was OK after a failed delivery. The cubes are stunning. I bought three as gifts but have decided to gift one to myself. A great company and product
