Absolutely 💯 scam. The name i got was called Zephoco not what I ordered..which didn't surprise me after reading the reviews which I should have looked at beforehand..lesson learnt! I would be afraid to put it on my face. Thick and slimy. The brush was a joke. Got an email from "Deirdre " to apologise about the delay in delivery ! Im raging i fell for this Chinese rubbish .

I placed an order on 31/12/25 which I’m still waiting for! They have said on one of the very rare occasions that they replied to me that it’s showing as delivered some time in the last week! This company is without doubt a scam not based in Ireland & apparently not delivering orders & refusing to refund. Almost impossible to contact! AVOID at all costs you may as well throw your money away Why do TikTok promote these scams?????

SCAM! Not a small Irish company. Vague website. FB page is empty. Various name versions when you google. Blocked me as soon as I questioned them on Instagram. Don’t!!!!

Absolute scam. A thick white paste that looks like chalk on the skin. Smells revolting. This company should be sued for scamming people of their hard earned money.

This is a scam, I ordered my products a month ago and still no sign of them. I have reached out to them many times with no reply.

This company are scamming people with a fake rip off product. It is not as described it’s the complete opposite of offering coverage the product is called Elhoe or Elave and they advertised as being Irish but they are not. Awful customer service because they are scamming people they will come up with events excuse not to give refund. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam.

Its a total scam! Brush is tiny. Completely different product brand than advertised.
The colour is not the same. And it doesn't do anything it says it does.

There should be a minus star rating for this product!! It is utter muck!!!
Not a t all what is advertised. It's a smelly, pasty, sticky pale cream., that is transferable and only place for it is the bin!!! I'm so annoyed at myself for falling for this total scam. And they are still advertising it. Please take note of all the negative reviews on here as I should have looked at before purchasing.
If it sounds to good to be true then it is.

I would rate zero if I could. Complete scam. Different brand to website, rubbish colour, terrible smell, tiny brush, different size and shape to website. Shame on them for all the lies- nothing on the website is true. The good reviews must be lies and are as far away from my experience with the product as can be. I’m annoyed with myself for believing the site. Messaged them - got offered a 10% good will refund, if I want to send back I have to pay postage to America- nearly as much as I paid and I would not trust them to refund.SCAM DO NOT BUY.

I bought this product before and was disappointed as the result was so pale. This time I purchased the Tan colour which appeared much darker in photos. Utter waste of money. Product is still a pasty white colour that make absolutely no difference when applied. What a waste of money. More fool me for buying it a second time.

What I got was not what I ordered - much like everyone else’s reviews!
The product was advertised as being created by an Irish lady but to my surprise what arrived was from somewhere in Asia and didn’t look anything like what I had ordered. This is a scam!

Avoid, the product gives very poor coverage and the medium is extremely pale . This is a very poor product and does not live up to the description and is definitely not an Irish product. I wish I had read the reviews here before wasting my money

The product that arrives is called Eelhoe! It's a disgusting pasty product that smells absolutely awful. It transfers no matter how long you let it dry. This isn't an Irish product, it arrives from China and no matter how many times I've asked for the registered Irish business address, the only address they supply is in Florida. Forget the "Irish Mammy and pale winter skin" this isn't an Irish company and the product definitely isn't as advertised...I'd avoid like the plague

Awful product, don't waste your money, 3 tubes straight in the bin, not an Irish product, would get better from Temu although Temu would have quicker delivery than 18 working days!. Absolute scam, 10/10 for their marketing dept though, I defo fell for this false promise

Scam company pretending to be Irish. Product is not the same as advertised and certainly not an Irish company. Came from China. Product is a pale chalky substance.

TOTAL SCAM AVOID.
They will not send you the cream they are advertising online They claim they are ‘transitioning’ their packaging when you question them.
As others have said you receive a cheap knockoff called EELHOE which in €3 on Temu.
The ARE NOT based in Ireland I am assuming the address they use on their website is fake - they are Chinese scammers.
They offer a 30 day money back guarantee on their website if you are not totally happy. But then say you must pay the postage which is not in their T&C’s.
They also claim that if you receive ‘damaged or defective’ goods they will provide you with a pre-paid return label. A completely different useless cream is defective. But again they will not stand over this guarantee.
Then they go through the whole process of offering 10% then 25% then 50% back which I have refused.

The 5 star reviews here are obviously written by them and interestingly these reviewers have only ever reviewed Luminova.- I have flagged them as suspicious with Trustpilot
I tried to leave a review on their website which was never uploaded and they deleted my comments on Instagram as soon as I put them up and then blocked me.
I contacted my bank for a chargeback. Please do this if you bought from this website. You have to give them evidence of emails between you and the scammers but it’s worth it.

I have also complained them to Coimisiún na Meán. Please also take time to do this. These fake scammers claiming to be Irish need to be stopped.

Completely different product arrived. Different tubes, different labeled cream and brush.
